Hahaha i will know tomorrow. So far my weight has stayed where it is at, BUT I have just gotten through my 3rd week on the tirz and the food noise is settling down.Keep crushing it mark!hows the weight loss going so far for you ?
I am going to stick with it and hopefully get similar results as you!!Sometimes that can happen i know for ke my waist was getting smaller before i started dropping weight. I also am a guy who trusts the process. I just worked out ate did my cardio and didnt start weighing myself till about a month or 2 into triz and i dropped a significant amount of weight am still keeping alot of size as well, ice noticed alot more of a recomposition physique wise myself.

I love the mighty Var!! Running 40 mg a day on lifting days 20 on off days. I love how I in the gym with it!I can not wait to get the var running again - it literally feels like god mode to me. I ran 25mg ED for 6 weeks, and I never got any back pumps so I might be lucky in this area.

Going to have e2 checked before I head to Salt lake here in 2 weeks.
Just to be safe, also scheduling a blood draw to check hemoglobin. Last time it was only 15.1, I was happy with that.
Since it is an off day, I promised myself that I would actually be off!! Going to concentrate on protein, easy protein calories and going to read and study a little bit.
Yesterday I had a great lift and the day before and the day before that!!

It is a different feeling I am having, I feel big and full, added some weight and it isn’t fat!
I feel smaller at the waist at the same time.
