Hahaha i will know tomorrow. So far my weight has stayed where it is at, BUT I have just gotten through my 3rd week on the tirz and the food noise is settling down.
However, in the last 5 weeks, I have taken about a 3/4 of an inch off my waist. Am I recomping ? I have been counseled to maintain maintenance calories or even a skoosh higher, and to trust the process.
I weigh tomorrow, It feels like maybe I have had some movement. We will see!!

I just worked out ate did my cardio and didnt start weighing myself till about a month or 2 into triz and i dropped a significant amount of weight am still keeping alot of size as well, ice noticed alot more of a recomposition physique wise myself.

The Anavar is hitting great!! I have been adding Taurine to my whey, so I haven’t had bad back pumps. My lifts feel great when I do it Sublingually preworkout

I can not wait to get the var running again - it literally feels like god mode to me. I ran 25mg ED for 6 weeks, and I never got any back pumps so I might be lucky in this area.

SCHEDULED OFF DAY!! I still woke up though.
So I thought I would log, feeling good!!
Going to have e2 checked before I head to Salt lake here in 2 weeks.
Just to be safe, also scheduling a blood draw to check hemoglobin. Last time it was only 15.1, I was happy with that.

Since it is an off day, I promised myself that I would actually be off!! Going to concentrate on protein, easy protein calories and going to read and study a little bit.

Yesterday I had a great lift and the day before and the day before that!!
The DOMs are setting in!!

It is a different feeling I am having, I feel big and full, added some weight and it isn’t fat!
I feel smaller at the waist at the same time.
My body feels like it is about to make a change. Like it is on the edge of something cool or something never experienced before.
Is that a normal feeling that happens?
