Local Estradiol supplier?

No I haven't. Thanks for the insight. Do you know if they bother to treat younger women or only those who are in full on menopause?
Peri-menopause too at certain clinics, since some women start getting peri symptoms in their late 30s - early 40s. The problem with ERT is that it does increase the risk of stroke & developing certain cancers if the uterus is in tact in younger women which is why some GPs and Endos will hesitate to prescribe.

So my wife is early 40s all diagnosed perimenopause went through primal for hrt was originally on test cream oestrogen patch and a oral progesterone tablet.
The patches are ineffective and don't last long.
So she moved to a oral combination tablet of oestrogen and progesterone, which has put her shbg through the roof nuking her free test levels.
She has another appointment with the doc today but it has been quite difficult to organise, will see what comes of that.
Overall i wouldn’t recommend primal for female hrt the expense is ridiculous and they also have removed female HRT from there website so Im not actually sure its a service they provide still but there has been no communication in regards to this.
We did also speak to phc there inexperience with female HRT is pretty obvious but the overall price and service seems alot better.

Feel for women out there mate, their hormones cycle naturally so control is harder than ours plus theres barely any doctors who actually understand female HRT beyond slapping on a patch ( I feel like in the US it's getting a bit of traction, has she watched the episode on Diary of CEO where they talk about that?) Now, compounding chemists like National Custom Compounding will do bioidentical estradiol and progesterone with a script, perhaps she can find an online Dr that might be able to prescribe it?

So she had he online consultation today where the admitted to dropping the ball and have put her on the original cream/patch/tablet to see if everything returns to normal.
They also said they are doing a female hrt website/section so I think they are trying to get up to speed which is promising.
