New gym is getting pretty popular with like minded people.....but I still don't spark conversation🤣 Not exactically a social butterfly.

It's wild how different gyms and different brands of equipment have such drasticly different feelings of weight. Leg extension machine at my last gym, I was pushing 200lbs eccentric sets of 10-12......new gym 100 feels heavier lol, maybe its kg? I swear I saw lbs on top plate

Legs were pretty hot, want to do more barbell squats, I might just buy a SSB and leave it at the gym

Thanks brother. I just go by what i'm feeling in the gym every day and follow that direction. Quads feeling it from yesterday. Supposed to do hamstrings tomorrow, we will see how I feel. If in doubt always resort to an arm day which I don't think I have done a dedicated arm day in a long time, may be fun.

I hit some chest work today. I will log it tomorrow, I am gassed from today. Got my grandfathers bike registered and on the road finally. Needed some work but she is purring as if she were new. 22 year old bike

Good idea! I just finally recovered from some shoulder issues that could probably have been prevented had I listened to my body a bit better. Take care of yourself so you can push yourself!

Got just a slight pump that didn't last very long but I know for a fact my body needs this week to recover and reset my CNS. Going a little light on the food so this is my "High Day" for the week. I did notice some aches in my neck and other random spots that I think are related to the clen maybe, so I am cutting that out 2 days early. I may revisit that in the future but really looking forward to a solid health phase, 3.5 weeks left.

I really want to grow my rear delts some more (delts in general) so will transition to more shoulder work on my upper day typically on Saturday's, any exercise options you bros like for them?

Im going to have to be in quite a deficit I think, probably in the realm of 700 calories to get it right and tight. My body is hungry now and im in a very small deficit and bw has been holding. 3 more weeks and I will start to drop calories i'm thinking

I started ashwagandha last weekend, I think its starting to help. According to samsung I still got a sleep score of 89 last night. Feel pretty refreshed so time to push hard to go out with a bang!

Its a machine like this, targets different areas of back. Sorry about the confusion I have always called this a smith row machine. I think its technically a bilateral bent row or something along those lines

Leg press not squat🤣 my shoulder would separate from my body and fall to the floor if i attempted that. I loaded carbs yesterday afternoon and was up at 3am eating more carbs. I felt like a balloon so I think I was loaded😉
