Hi everyone, im new here . I would like to get some advice.
Im a female on TRt for a month
On cutting now , im trying to get lower bdf then will bulk .
Im running 300mg/w for test E
And 1,5mg/w reta
But honestly i love to smooke weed , so hard to control munchies but i'll quit weed
I train 7 days a week , ppl then repeat
What should i add noww, should i add primo or mast or tren for noww?

300mgs trt is a high dose called SPORTS TRT
have you done any bloods before after?
But honestly i love to smooke weed , so hard to control munchies but i'll quit weed
you should start by lowering the doses you smoke and switching strains if you can this would help a lot.
I train 7 days a week , ppl then repeat
Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

Tren would be dangerous for you, right now I suggest you go full 12 weeks on the test before we make mods. Adding light anavar could help though.

how much creatine do you use ed?
what digestive supps you use?
digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?
psyllium husk?

consistency is going to be the key for you. That's one of the things that you have control over. Try to commit to weight training at least 4-5 times a week and keep your volume under control. Also don't forget cardio. Seven days a week of weight training is too much.
 
Female on TRT - hence the questions.

It slightly complicates the answers. Mostly by virtue of any hormones you might be on as is and, as is usually the case, lower doses of AAS for females vs males.

Do what you can regarding the weed and we'll do what we can to give you the right info

nothing good can come out of smoking weed unless you have a specific medical reason for doing it, which some people do. You even admit that it's hard to control the munchies and that not having control over food and having food noise run your life is no fun.

@kyledeptrai168 the 300 mg of Test E is way too high to run as your TRT dose. You want to stick to 125 mg or 100 mg. Otherwise you'll end up getting issues and thickening your blood too much.

I done bloodwork before as well
For digesting i only take pinapple for easy breakdown and absorb protein easier.

I suggest you start adding probiotics and digestive enzymes each meal.
psyllium husk 10 grams per day with water
and creatine you can bump to 15-20 grams thats the effective dose
