It's just one day yet, but i can feel the retatrutide already lol, food noise is completely gone. Normally i get hungry between meal 1 and 2 but right now nothing... Could be placebo but normally around this time i start to think about meal 2especially since i dropped my calories from 4200 to 3600.

Aaah that explains a lot!I ended up leaning out incredibly fast - much faster than I anticipated. I was hoping to be where I am at now in about 1 month since we are about to roll into warm weather.
So right now its maintenance calories to attempt to hold on to as much leanness as possible into the summer - about 3k/day. I have only been on the EQ for about 2 weeks - so its not saturated yet. Once it hits, I will raise the calories a bit I am sure.

I’ll brother, last year I had such a severe bursitis that I had to see my general practitioner, where I received a cortisone injection. I should never have done that… due to a mistake by the doctor, it even led to sepsis, which resulted in a 15-day hospital stay. So now I’m extremely cautious—better a bit too careful than not being able to train at all.I’m living that should bursitis now man so I know the struggle. I’ve had to really adjust my workouts. Take it easy if you need to.

I know how this feels - I just am getting over a nasty longhead bicep tendon inflammation. Had to totally rework my lifts - dumbbell work for chest and shoulders is still a no go for me. Stuck on machines for stability in movement.
