New here to the threads. I’m from the UK, 38 years old, currently sitting at 77kg. I used to lift consistently for about four years, but when COVID hit, it completely wrecked my health I ballooned up to 110kg and honestly started losing hope.
But that’s all behind me now. I’ve been laser focused on turning things around, and tomorrow marks the start of my comeback. I’ve got a solid plan in mind, but I know there’s a ton of experience and wisdom in this community, and I’m here to learn from all the veterans who’ve been through it.
I’ll be posting weekly progress pics to keep myself accountable and share the journey. Excited to be here, ready to put in the work, and looking forward to learning from everyone. Let’s get it!
