why 6-8 ius hgh? usually 2-3 is enough

I do the 6-8 because I really love GH my favourite compound, i’ve ran as high as 12Ius. I also get it for a solid price

Nice job on this. @Sul.Lifts I agree on changing up the macros. That's very important to make adjustments as you go.
 
Any suggestions? I plan to vary 200cal either way of carbs depending
What I've seen is where macros can be tweaked up or down 50g (or a energy count) daily. So that the average woks out as intended over the week but the body gets to never adapt to a set number daily
