What's up Evo bros. I am a new comer to the community. I am happy to be here and look forward to corresponding with yall.

Stats
60yrs old
6'3 height
235lb in weight
Body fat at around 20%

Training
I train 3-5 days a week. I mix between heavy and hypertrophy programs in my workouts. For cardio, I ride my road bike for at least 2x per week.

Upcoming Cycle
12 weeks of Sustanon, Tbol, and Tren.

Anastrozole and Cabergolin


In the past I have done cycles of dbol, Winstrol, Testosterone Prop and Anavar.

Please offer dosage suggestions on my new cycle. I haven't done Sustanon in years and this will be my first cycle on tren.

On thing I would like to ask you bros is : what do you suggest for inflammation? Im reading up on peptides now. At 60yrs of age, inflammation is my biggest issue. I do lift heavy and enjoy doing so, especially for new bp's.

I need to get blood work done as well. Im working on that now. I plan on calling my doctor on Tuesday.

As far as diet, I need to start tracking better. I do eat clean , but I still crave sweets. I'm working on my diet so I can get better abs and more of a leaner physic.

Well this is my 1st of many logs. Looking forward to the feedback. I will post pics soon.

Have you ever ran Tren before though?

Sounds good. I was thinking in the line of 50mg per week.
If it's TrenE you can do 50mg I was thinking if TrenA you can do 10mg every 3 days so some weeks you'd get 40mg and some 30mg

Harleyguy, actually I stumbled and found the forum because I was looking for reliable source. Then I started reading logs and finding them informative. Next thing I know, the evo podcast hit my algorithm on YouTube and started listening. The first one I listened was to the one you were on. I was like these guys are serious, what grab me was that it seemed that we were all over 50 and love loftong. We found the fountain of youth. When im in the gym and I tell these young guys my age, they look at me with disbelief. Lol. I love it too!! Because I go hard and they all know it. The only downside is I workout solo, knowing the benefit have have a good workout partner. But it don't stop the kid I try to make every work out a kick ass workout.

I have a 15yr old soon who trains with me. I work on his swimming performance. He is a competitive swimmer with usa swimming. He with a swim club. Memephis Tigers Swim Club.

Back Squats Heavy 4x5-8
Stiff-leg deadlifts Heavy 3x8-10
Leg Press Heavy 3x10-12
Lying Leg Curls 3x10-15
Standing Calf Raise 4x15-20

Cardio
Stationary Bike -30 minutes

I hit 225lb from a progression starting at 175lb. I don't like to load to heavy on squats due to my hip. Rep from a progression 240 - 315 on leg press, leg press 55-75lb, calf raise 135-175lb.

Cable Crossovers 3 x 10-15
Lateral DB Raises 3 x 15 -20

Emphasis on slow 3 to 4 count negative with explosive positive. Great pump!. It was a wonderful workout. Unfortunately wasn't able to get cardio in today.

Prepping a supplement order now, any suggestions? I am not on peds at the moment, still awaiting a shipment, but in the meantime I want to grab some supplement.

You, I wake up 3 to 4 times during the night to use the bathroom. I feel like its cutting into my sleep. I try stop drinking water after 7pm but, I still wake up because of 🚻 use. Should I be looking into bladder supplements? I know how important sleep is. I take magnesium and melatonin before I go to bed.
a lot of guys wake up late not just you, bladder supps wont help @Craig100

Another day done and recorded. Over all very productive to say the least.

Meals for today was,
Breakfast protien smoothie with tropical mix fruits (papaya, strawberries, pineapple), 2 cups of skim milk, plus 2 scoops of protien powder.

Midday snack was,
2 cups of plain Greek yogurt, mixed in one scoop of protien, added a handful of blueberries, and mixed in some granola (about a 1/4 cup)

Lunch I ate,
A large bowl of mixed baby greens with 2 tablespoons of cesear dressing.

After lunch snack,
A banana with a blender of protien mixed with water.

Dinner, I cooked up
Brown rice and ground turkey
Plated one cup of brown rice and two cups of ground turkey. Topped it off with three fried eggs. Yummy!

Total calaries consumed today = 2745cal, Goal is 2800cal. Total carbs = 219g goal = 280g; Total fats = 74g, Protien =303g, goal, goal 280g
