60yrs old
6'3 height
235lb in weight
Body fat at around 20%
Training
I train 3-5 days a week. I mix between heavy and hypertrophy programs in my workouts. For cardio, I ride my road bike for at least 2x per week.
Upcoming Cycle
12 weeks of Sustanon, Tbol, and Tren.
PCT
Anastrozole and Cabergolin
In the past I have done cycles of dbol, Winstrol, Testosterone Prop and Anavar.
Please offer dosage suggestions on my new cycle. I haven't done Sustanon in years and this will be my first cycle on tren.
On thing I would like to ask you bros is : what do you suggest for inflammation? Im reading up on peptides now. At 60yrs of age, inflammation is my biggest issue. I do lift heavy and enjoy doing so, especially for new bp's.
I need to get blood work done as well. Im working on that now. I plan on calling my doctor on Tuesday.
As far as diet, I need to start tracking better. I do eat clean , but I still crave sweets. I'm working on my diet so I can get better abs and more of a leaner physic.
