Hi guys I want to start of by saying I love the community here and how welcoming it is. I understand I am fairly young to be on this but I promise I had every single symptom of Low test and it was wearing me down so much. This is a personal decision but feel free to let me know how stupid I am!!!

So to start this off here are my stats

Weight: 160 lbs
Body fat (dexa scan) % ~ 19%
Starting total testosterone level: 321 ng/dL
Starting free testosterone level: 9.2 ng/dL
Starting Estradiol: 33 pg/mL
Starting shbg: 15 nmol/L
Starting PSA: 0.48 ng/mL

I started "trt" at 200 mg split into two doses of test cyp and 1000iu hcg split into two doses - April 6, 2026
Anavar started 12.5 mg per day - April 17, 2026
April 27
- Started 300 iu split into three days instead of 1000iu split into two days for heart rate reasons but turns out that wasn't the case but still continued 900iu per week
May 4 - 7 Ran ~ 320 mg test with the same 300 iu hcg
May 11 - present running normal amounts of 200 mg test weekly - 900 iu hcg
May 12 - present Started Hgh 3-4 iu per day
May 13 - present Started 100 mg primo once a week

My goal is to get down to 14-15% body fat percentage - my question is if I should go to 300-400 mg of Test and run 200mg primo with it or should i just keep it to what I have going now?

Great info with diligent bloodwork and a good first log post with baseline bloods. Let's get a pic of your base physique up and fire up a formal log for you bro that includes more info like diet, training, etc

I'll be interested to see your 18May bloods as we'll have to keep an eye on your e2 levels. It's great you're getting the LCMS e2 done.

Also, why the albuterol pre workout?
What brand of gear are you using and I noticed have a lot on hand but no AI?
Can you post pics of your gear along with your base physique at same time.

Steroids aren't yet the problem to be solved and would only be the issue or the topic of discussion if we determine your diet/training/sleep/supplements etc. are all perfect first. Let's discuss all that before we adjust your PED doses to get results.

Thank you for the diligent reply! I forgot to add in I do have armidex. Armidex as needed. I have only taken .25 mg twice because I thought I was getting emotional sides but I was not. (I know we shouldn't abuse the blocker)

Preliminary May 18th blood work states estradiol is at 58 pg/mL so down from the prior 80 pg/mL!
Wbc is 3.8 thousand/uL. - so borderline in but I take zinc, any suggestions to raise it?

The albuterol is for exercise induced asthma so when needed before cardio sometimes.

Will get the gear pics posted later today along with the physique!

The test cyp is from a (503A) pharmacy as well as I have a vial from crowxlabs(napsgear).
The anavar is also from a (503A) pharmacy.
The primo(100mg/ml 10 ml) is from Alpha labs(Napsgear)
The hgh(dragontropin) (snowcap) is from kits4less.
The albuterol is from local pharmacy as it is doctor prescribed.

If you take zinc (and have low WBC) be sure and take selenium as well, but add copper too as taking zinc can compete with copper which is an important mineral.

Keep lean proteins high and vitamin C high with folate and vitamin B12 as well.

Also, probiotics and digestive aids are important as well. What digestive aids are you using? Probiotics and psyllium husk?

This all looks good except your HGH. If you really want dragontropin I recommend getting it from NapsGear.org.
Kits4Less is sketchy and not approved here for a reason, dragontropin has been counterfeited before as well.
You can DM @jasonhill800 to look into getting dragontropin HGH.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

@balneet2 you're a legally adult and you have to make your own decisions in life. My only question is, are you aware that starting TRT at such a young age means you'll have to be on it for the rest of your life?

My goal is to get down to 14-15% body fat percentage - my question is if I should go to 300-400 mg of Test and run 200mg primo with it or should i just keep it to what I have going now?
Not sure that growth hormone makes any sense for a 22-year-old back in the day. If you were even 30 or 35 and you use growth hormone, we used to wonder what was going on. @balneet2

Starting total testosterone level: 321 ng/dL
Starting free testosterone level: 9.2 ng/dL
Starting Estradiol: 33 pg/mL
Starting shbg: 15 nmol/L
Starting PSA: 0.48 ng/mL

I started "trt" at 200 mg split into two doses of test cyp and 1000iu hcg split into two doses - April 6, 2026
Anavar started 12.5 mg per day - April 17, 2026
April 27
- Started 300 iu split into three days instead of 1000iu split into two days for heart rate reasons but turns out that wasn't the case but still continued 900iu per week
May 4 - 7 Ran ~ 320 mg test with the same 300 iu hcg
May 11 - present running normal amounts of 200 mg test weekly - 900 iu hcg
May 12 - present Started Hgh 3-4 iu per day
May 13 - present Started 100 mg primo once a week

your e2 is real high, are you taking aromasin? and what gear you stacking now?

Its high? It used it be 80.6 instead. Would my test numbers line up with the e2? Sorry if thats stupid just confused! I do have armidex 1 mg but haven't taken it other then once at .25 mg. Right now just 200 mg test and 900 iu hcg and 100 mg primo and 4 iu hgh
