Questioning U.S Pharmacies legitimacy

Hey all,
I've read a lot of great reviews of US pharmacies; however, when I contacted them through their email, I received an email with very poor grammar and spelling.

The response time was very quick and my question was answered, but red flags go off in my head when it comes to their cheap prices and poor grammar in emails. I am new to these forums and PED's in general, so I am cautious about this stuff.

I assume the workers who are currently responding to emails are not very fluent in English given the fact I sent the email very late in the AM's.

I wouldn't be surprised, the big suppliers like USP are not in USA not Americans, they run a steroid business, its going to be hard to get customer support in other countries perfect in english.

Hello brother , they are overseas when responding to emails . There is a time difference from receiving emails. I would recommend seeing all the TD pictures and reviews from our subsection thread. You can also see USP lab results for products. Just because there is grammar issues doesn’t mean USP is not legit. Not sure how that could deter you when we have various proof of products and happy customers.
 
Yes their English grammar is not the greatest but they are extremely responsive and always strive to make sure I’m happy. They ship quick and if they are missing something in the order, they make it right as soon as they have it. I see their lab tests all the time and others have independently tested their stuff with great results. They don’t over charge like a lot of other places do either. I won’t buy from anyone else. Ultimately, you do what you want, but you could do a lot worse than @US-pharmacies

Bros, they got plenty of reps on here that speak lots of different languages, very diverse team. I think they got the most diverse rep team you're going to find. got dudes that are in America and all over the world. They are a cool group.

I was questioning their signature policy and they responded with:

"Hi
We dont use signture in usa dometic - it is priorytete shipping"

I do read quite a bit on these forums and I have seen talk about scammers. I know there has been a lot of good reviews. I felt like I would rather be safe than sorry and cover all the bases before purchasing. Thank you all for the help.

Lots of us also have logs running utilizing usp only product you got nothing to worry about the quality is on point as well as the domestic shipping, plus the actual owner is on here offen as well an keeps himself in the loop and answer's questions from time to time when he can do so, plus tons of reps for usp and team members who always help out when possible.

there isn't a source on here that isn't legit. So USPharmacies would not be allowed on here if they weren't.

You likely got a response directly from the owner and his first language is not English. When other sources have a team to respond to emails you'll still see US-Pharmacies taking the initiative both on EVO here to respond to logs and respond to client emails his own self as well. He's a real class act and so is the entire company.

I totally get that and appreciate your caution especially in this current landscape. Your website and email used are the real @US-pharmacies and you are good to go. He learned English as best he could and is getting better each day.

Yep. And?

There's a degree of irony in the HUGE mix of races etc in the US then having the way someone replies as an issue. Plus it's ONE thing. Not everything

I am all for diversity and I don't mean to be insensitive. I guess I made the mistake of assuming that the employees at USP would be fluent in English given U.S. is in the name of the company. Like I said, this is my first time in the whole PED scene. To be honest, I would much rather be unknowingly insensitive asking a question than staying quiet and potentially messing up my health. I don't intend to be prejudice and I truly apologize.

Totally get the angle you are coming from and you didn't do anything wrong by asking a question. That's what the forum is for.

Many of the reps on here, as you can see, are either U.S. based or right on the border in Canada. But you can't base an actual source in America, obviously, for legal reasons. That would be too much of a risk for both the customer and the source itself.

There have been plenty of US-based sources over the years and they are playing with fire. Eventually they will get busted. You have to have your company based overseas.

Its fair for you to ask :D trust us Team USP is legit and trusted. Their gear is 100% legit, but I cant speak on their english skills :P

Welcome to the EVO family brother. You gonna enjoy your time here. Make sure you put your time in and I am sure you gonna learn a lot.

I personally been running USP oils for quite sometime now and can assure you they are trustworthy. You can also check out their COA’s for product quality!

completely fine if you asked and had your peace of mind before ordering.....they are legit and good to go.....
