Approved Log 400mgs Testosterone Enanthate Cycle Log

This is my first log, I didn’t start it right away because I wasn’t very familiar with the forum but after being on here for a couple of months I feel like I know how it works better. I’m currently on week 7 of my cycle, my first injection was on April 16. Please let me know if I’m missing anything in it. I got my mid cycle blood work taken on Wednesday and will post it as soon as I have the results.



Stats

26yrs old

6”3

Currently 230lbs, started the cycle at 218.

15-20% bf

Bp 115-123/65-60. Hasn’t went up since starting the cycle.





Current training looks like legs, chest/triceps, shoulders, back/biceps, rest. I lack on the cardio but usually I get about 90 minutes a week. I’ve been training for 7 years but took a significant amount of time off last year due to personal issues.



Goals - gaining as much strength as possible without putting on much fat. I then plan to pct off after 12 weeks.



Previous cycles:

300 test E, 12 weeks. This was in 2023

350 test E going up to 400mg for the last 4 weeks. 12 weeks. This was in 2024.



Current cycle:

400mg test E split into two shots

1.25mg of Tirzepitide added in 3 weeks ago as I noticed I was gaining a bit too much fat and need to control my appetite better.



Medications:

150mg pregabalin daily

100mg desvenlafaxine daily

5mg dayvigo daily



Supplements:

Creatine

Multivitamin

Vitamin D

Vitamin B complex

Fish oil

Zinc

Psyllium husk

Probiotic

Magnesium

Turmeric

have you done bloods before?

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

Thank you for the positive feedback, it truly means a lot to me. I got my results back from the lab today, I see hematocrit is slightly elevated. I got my blood taken first thing in the morning fasted so I’m thinking this has to do with dehydration as well.

bloods look good :D and hematocrit isnt an issue tbh
