Yesterday was the last push day of this current growth phase! It was one of my best ones yet as I achieved a PR I wanted badly. I hit 405 for 5 on bench press. The final days of the bulk are among us.

Had to do a quick workout for my pull session this week. Just because it was quick doesn't mean it lacked intensity. Squeezing out as many gains as possible. I am so glad to start my cut as I am starting to dislike the amount of body fat on my physique. Friday I trained Upper body with an emphasis on as much back as possible. The body weight is moving in the right direction already so I’m hoping this cut will progress nicely. I also got a gorgeous TD from the team at @US-pharmacies
