Today was meant to be pull, hams and triceps but had a bit more time up my sleeve so opted for anterior which is usually pretty gruelling and takes a bit longer, plus I wanted to attack the hack machine after wussing out last week on it.

Happy with the session overall. Got 5 reps on both sets of 3 plate hacks and went up on leg extensions. Did some extra drop set stuff on hacks and leg presses because I was feeling good.
Did 90 minutes of treadmill walking broken up throughout the day (usually in 20-25 minutes segments). Feel this is helping a lot of digestion.

Today was meant to be pull, hams and triceps but had a bit more time up my sleeve so opted for anterior which is usually pretty gruelling and takes a bit longer, plus I wanted to attack the hack machine after wussing out last week on it.

Huge session brother! 3 plate Haks x 5 is a win during prep 💯

One thing I don’t do enough of last build phase was cardio. Will definitely aim to get 60min per day on treadmill next block to help with digestion and bloat! Great strategy bro 🙏🙏

Yep take them at night with final meal. I don't want to overdo them, I wonder if supplementing them all the time makes our own body lazy at producing them

First day of Winter was fitting as it was so bloody cold here today, first time I've really felt the chill at work all year.

Care package of glutathione and TA1 from @Raptor Labs arrived so will start running this to hopefully help through the next few months in warding off any bugs/virus.

Was psyched up for a strong session after work after having 9 hours of sleep last night which has to be a record for me, absolute miracle.
Attacked it with plenty of gusto and made some progressions. Ignore the adductors, the weight is actually lbs not kgs, no way I could be doing 195kg adductors but the stupid machine is old and in lbs so I just put what it says on the stack.

Push and biceps tomorrow, can't wait.

Rest day today but I didn't log yesterday's session so here it is.
Push and biceps and made some progressions on dips, plate loaded chest press and single arm preachers.
Weight back up to 81kg which is just shy of my weight before getting sick so I'm happy things are improving, more happy with the fact my gut has been symptom free for well over a week now.
Overall I'm feeling fuller and rounder, more vascular particularly in the upper body. 2iu insulin preworkout and being conscious to add more salt has helped immensely with this.
Thanks for your continued interest and support in my log, it doesn't go unnoticed.

Rest day today but I didn't log yesterday's session so here it is.
Push and biceps and made some progressions on dips, plate loaded chest press and single arm preachers.
Weight back up to 81kg which is just shy of my weight before getting sick so I'm happy things are improving, more happy with the fact my gut has been symptom free for well over a week now.
Overall I'm feeling fuller and rounder, more vascular particularly in the upper body. 2iu insulin preworkout and being conscious to add more salt has helped immensely with this.
