So I've dropped 5kg since Friday/Saturday after being up all night Saturday and Sunday vomiting and stomach pain.
Yesterday was a better day, no pain and got a few light meals in. Today again a good day, bit more food in and keeping things really plain and simple. Saw the doc and he's given me stool sample test and some bloods to be done.
The lethargy caught up with me today though, went for an easy walk and thought about calling my wife to pick me up I was that cooked. Hopefully a decent night sleep and a bit more food tomorrow puts me on the right track.

@Raptor Labs the absolute legend heard I'd been struggling and without hesitation threw some KPV in the mail. This man would give you the shirt off his own back, that's how much he cares about helping others, absolute quality human 🙏

No training to update on as I couldn't yesterday or today. Coach @PopRox19 has instructed me to wait until I have a full days meals in me before hitting the gym again, which is smart advice. So hopefully tomorrow get all meals in then train on Thursday if all goes well.

Yeah my jaw dropped when I saw 77kg. Did an absolute number on me but hopefully all in the past now and things settle

Still a number of kgs down since being sick and strength and endurance both down, but totally expected it to be. Not looking as full is always a bit of a mind fuck but I know it's only temporary.
Today was a better day for eating and it was great to have the hunger back. Hoping a few more consistent days of eating without any further stomach issues will have me back to where I was.
Also as mentioned in another update, the absolute legend @Raptor Labs quickly put a care package of kpv together to help with the gut inflammation, so looking forward to that arriving.

Today was Push and Biceps. Nothing to write home about other than it just felt good training without feeling crook.

New week and feel as though I've put the last few interrupted weeks behind me. Stomach has been good and really hoping it stays that way from here on out.
Decided I need to walk first thing in the morning to get things moving, even if it's just 10-15 minutes on the treadmill in the garage before having meal 1, which is often my preworkout meal, instead of slamming food upon waking. Will be interested to see if this makes any difference.

Today was back, hams and triceps. Session was solid although some residual fatigue crept in towards the end. Trained after work which wasn't ideal either but it is what it is.

Yeah she's doing really well thanks for checking in. She's in a really good spot right now, back at school 3 days a week, an additional 2 medicines have been added to the plethora of meds she's on but so far so good and no sides. Need to be careful in these next few months with Winter and all the viral load but at the moment couldn't be happier 🙌❤️

Yeah it's not easy juggling it all with 3 kids under 7 and I too share your hesitancy because of this. But it's been a goal to at least do one show and we're not getting any younger hey 😅
At the same time though I'm under no illusion in that we haven't even really begun the prep, still 16-17 weeks out so can only imagine how hard it will get 😳

Today was pull, hams and triceps. Finally cracked 80kg after falling down to 77kg whilst sick. Probably just psychological but felt noticeably fuller and more vascular today in the gym than what I had been.

Some progress made on dumbbell pullovers, I'm falling in love with that exercise again.
Was in a bit of a rush and decided to keep my shoes on performing rdl's when I'd normally go bare footed. Anyway, second last rep for my heavy set and feel a small pop in my right lower back. Hopefully nothing too serious, and I doubt it is, just been a bit uncomfortable all day but will still train anterior tomorrow. Lesson learned.

Wife gone out for dinner with school mums and left me with the 3 little terrors so better get back to it.

Today was anterior. Wussed out on hacks, only managed 2 reps with 3 plates where I had been getting 6-7. It was more mental than anything today, just felt like I wasn't coming out if I went another rep.

Apart from that, things are going well and feel I've got some momentum back this week. Things are settled at home with my daughter doing really well so I'm grateful for the normalcy of everyday routines 🙏

Rest day today but took some pics in my jocks again yesterday just for @Trenhead3cc 😘😘

Today was a light swim 500m and a few 20 minute walks just to get the steps in.
Tomorrow is Pull and Triceps followed by Anterior on Friday.
