NOTES
Decent sleep and woke up fairly lean. Delta insisted we get up, and get outside. Interesting to see how far a walk can drop fasted BG which proves the old practice of improving insulin sensitivity when we go for a walk after a meal.
Workout felt pretty good, had a yarn here and there with some regular faces. Put some work on the iso bench again which felt good and backed up the squats to rows again.
Old mate Mick is really getting into shape as a natty, and improving his physique and mental clarity with better nutrition. He reckons he's just been listening to what I've been talking about and putting it into practice and I'm fkn stoked for the bloke. Had a plank challenge with him at the end, and I finished up with some light core work and curls while he packed up. I still cant take a decent foto to save my life, but my arms were the fullest they've ever been and pumped up nicely.
Hit the showers and get to the local servo to microwave the chicken and potato Mick brought along and we munged that in the carpark with a protein shake and cream of rice before grabbing the last of what we need from Aldi.
Pretty light on the calories today, felt like I've eaten enough, belly is nice and full.
Headspace was good today, despite my 3year old vehicle coughing and spluttering, gotta have the diesel filter changed after the latest round of low quality fuel the government released

only changed it 12k kms ago
Back home and sat with Delly on her bed watching TV and napping. Smashed a huge duck and rice meal. Looking forward to tomorrow, breaky catchup with Mick and walk Delly, then take my Darling Dearest to a late breaky out in the vineyards with the Hippo.
