Thoughts/Reflections:
Got some quality sleep last night, and it definitely showed in the gym today. Felt noticeably better than I did yesterday and was able to put together a solid shoulder session. Everything felt strong, moved well, and there were no real complaints from the body.
Checked all the other boxes for the day as well. Nothing particularly exciting to report, but these steady, productive days are often the ones that keep the momentum rolling. Onward and upward!
