Had a late one last night so chose to have a little sleep in, had a couple of errands I needed to attend to before work in the morning. It was another fairly quiet day, got a couple of walks in.

Got home early from work and hit the gym for a push session and some cardio on the treadmill. I remembered why I prefer not getting into the gym so late in the day, a lot more people working out, unstaffed and equipment not in the right place. But I got what I needed to get done, and felt great afterwards.


Diet

Macros: 1,778 Calories, 230g Protein, 78g Carbs, 51g Fats.


Meal 1: Protein shake and omelette with avocado.
Meal 2: Chicken mince stir fry and Bulgur wheat rice
Meal 3: Chicken breast, spud lite potatoes and veges
Snack 1: Low fat Greek yoghurt, strawberry, blueberry and walnuts.

Possibly too much for many
I wish I didn't titrate so quickly up to 3mg when I first began, but I was not as educated on it and took the advice of the person giving it me!

Finished soccer late last night and didn't want to derail today by jumping on the laptop to update my log and getting then get carried away, just tried to wind down and do some reading, I always struggle to sleep after playing soccer so late, even though the body is exhausted the mind and adrenaline makes it hard to relax.

It was a good day. Had some good sleep, got into the gym mid morning and then off to work in the afternoon. Feels good being back into routine, getting in the pump. Had a decent pull session, followed it treadmill. Did some walking in my free time during the day and then finished the night off with a 90min game of soccer!

when i was bigger back in my powerlifting days i would have benefited from it
nowadays i weigh like 30 pounds less so i don't need it i sleep fine

Finished soccer late last night and didn't want to derail today by jumping on the laptop to update my log and getting then get carried away, just tried to wind down and do some reading, I always struggle to sleep after playing soccer so late, even though the body is exhausted the mind and adrenaline makes it hard to relax.

It was a good day. Had some good sleep, got into the gym mid morning and then off to work in the afternoon. Feels good being back into routine, getting in the pump. Had a decent pull session, followed it treadmill. Did some walking in my free time during the day and then finished the night off with a 90min game of soccer!


Diet

Macros: 1,778 Calories, 230g Protein, 78g Carbs, 51g Fats.

Pulled up all good from soccer last night, no bumps or bruises for a change! Got into the gym in the morning for a leg workout, got some cardio done on the treadmill. Had some free time at the start of my shift so got some more steps in! Ended up being another big day for cardio! Will give the body a little break tomorrow!

Mind and body feeling good. Had a small slump in energy around lunch time, but the ice long black I had prepared fixed that up! One big change I've made over the past few months is cutting down my coffee consumption, I would typically have 4-6 a day, usually 2 before getting my day started. I no longer have any in the morning. I prepare a ice long black in my thermos and have my first and usually only coffee after lunch (usually around 2-4pm).

Macros: 1,750 Calories, 214g Protein, 105g Carbs, 45g Fats.

Planned rest day from the gym today! Had a busy day at work but tried to get some steps in where I could.

I'm feeling frustrated, just when I thought I was all good again but now I've got a bit of a sore throat and blocked nose! Daughter has been sick since yesterday so feel like I might be coming down with with it too. I'll be pumping up the vitamins and hopefully shake this off pretty quick!

Day off tomorrow will try to get some rest. Was planning to go out to watch the World cup game in the arvo. Should be a good game!

Took it easy today, had a little sleep in. Woke up quite congested and had coughed up quite a bit of phlegm in the morning. Just chilled at home most of the morning watching the world cup games. Felt better as the day went on. We ended up going with the family down to a local live viewing of the Socceroos game. Was a fun day out! Bumped into a few long time friends and we ended up going out for dinner with the family.

Macros: Not tracked today. Meals were good during the day but went for a steak burger and fries in the evening.

Took it easy today, had a little sleep in. Woke up quite congested and had coughed up quite a bit of phlegm in the morning. Just chilled at home most of the morning watching the world cup games. Felt better as the day went on. We ended up going with the family down to a local live viewing of the Socceroos game. Was a fun day out! Bumped into a few long time friends and we ended up going out for dinner with the family.

Diet

Macros: Not tracked today. Meals were good during the day but went for a steak burger and fries in the evening.


Exercise

Rest day. Not much physical activity.
