I'm considering doing Ostarine and GW-501516, what do you guys think? want to lean out and get better cardio after anadrol cycle.:cool:
 
I think its an excellent idea... why not run the triple stack though bro? If you only want to run mk and gw then just drop s4 from this stack and run it like its laid out...

1-8 Ostarine 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-8 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-8 GW-510516 10-20 mg day... split doses 12 hours apart
1-8 HcGenerate n2bm.com
1-8 N2guard n2bm.com
3-8 Albuterol 12-18 mg day ag-guys.com

It would work great for you goal as long as your diet and training is on point.

I know this sounds like a broken record but its true. If these things are inline then yes those sarms would be useful. My only concern would be cutting after a cycle. Yes the sarms will help you lower the risk of muscle loss but you arent likely to solidify your gains very well if you go into a caloric deficit during pct.

sarms add lean muscle while cutting body fat... you are actually not only adding to your gains, but cleaning them up as well... they are absolutely perfect in all of these circumstances... they are so versatile... they can be used to gain muscle, to recomp, to cut, etc... They can be used for any goal...

This is the way I like to do it. Recomps and lean gains are the best. Fuck all that blowing up with 15lbs of water and 10lbs of fat and then cutting it all for an overall gain of 2lbs of muscle lol.

EXACTLY... Sarms not only cleans up the gains, but adds more lean muscle... You feel like your never off cycle when you run them... What people need to understand is they are chemically made to have anabolic like effects without the side effects... They just are not as drastic but as a bridge, they are amazing...

I totally agree with you guys. I was simply stating that you cannot gain muscle in a caloric deficit. That was my point, nothing more. Sarms would be excellent for maintenance though.

you certainly can gain muscle in a calorie deficit though bro... I do it every cycle I run... I agree that is not the easiest thing to accomplish but trust me, if you know what your doing, it most certainly can be done... You don't want a huge deficit but a smaller one is completely possible...

iI think it is possible for someone to gain muscle with proper diet/training & juice but ALOT of factors need to be taken in.First off someone who is not super advanced, will have a much easier time with this, for someone near the limits of their genetics, it very well might be impossible.Also you have to know how to manipluate your protein consumption.. Training must be intense and spot on.Also the gains will be NOWHERE near what they could be on a proper bulk diet.
