Being of the age I can take advantage of it, I've been checking into TRT/HRT clinics. One that has responded to my inquiries is Defy Medical. They provide "concierge" medical services which is, as far as I can tell, code for an annual fee. It's three hundred dollars just to become their patient and it looks like I would have to fly to Florida for the initial consultation. So, it looks like around a grand to get things going.

Have any of you dealt with or know of anyone who has dealt with this company or a similar company?

I don't know exactly what part of the Country you're in, but, these places are fairly common in the Larger Cities.
As far as price, I really don't know, even though I'm the right Age, my natural Test is far too high to even consider it.
I tried and the Doctor (he's 45) looked at me and said, "I wish I had your Test numbers".........................................JP

Although with this weather, a Plane ride to Florida sounds about right.

I use LowTestosterone.Com it is all inclusive, for $200 a month. Doc, meds, blood test, all.
 
Thanks for all the responses.

I'm not only looking for a TRT clinic, but one that offers other modalities of treatment (HGH, etc.). So far, that's been a little tougher to find.
 
I just started trt but my dr is an idiot. I'm on .5ml every two weeks of test cyp. Started me on androgel but I told him I didn't like it

My total test is 221

Test c at 200 a week, hcg, and ai, including bloods and Dr, for $200 a month. Hard to beat.

Hahaha.. .. I hope not!!.. It's all good. Meds come from Pharmacy. I do play shipping over the $200 a month.
 
l Will say this.they been professional, and promote on every thing I need. But I have to see the doctor first, after that all is over the phone. I did kinda wonder when I was the only American at the office. But I like the doctor. I have not had a minute trouble. All supplies come to the door
 
It is the best deal I have found. Could be better one's out there. Cheapest I could find.
 
Found a place that does everything remote. I don't have to go see their doc, just mine once or twice and take the tests @ home. Still lookin at it.
 
The doctor will set your test dose. Not the trt company.
 
Some of the old PH's, superdrol, Andro-1, etc and I suppose a variety of the recent ones will knock test levels in the dirt. I wonder if someone timed it just right just make several appointments with general practitioners all at once to stockpile Rx Test. Unless there is a data base checklist among doctors that I don't know about.

E hormones is another one , it's expensive , you can get it financed also , they tell me it's illegal to prescribe hgh , but they can prescribe igh .

I talked to lowtest.com yesterday and they lay it all out for you test, hcg and a AI.
$90 set up fee than pay $409 at your face to face Dr visit. If qualify payments of $219 a month of $2500 up front per yr.
 
That seems to be the going rate . Now , I'm not sure how much hcg you would need I think it's 2 shots a week , and let's say 500 mg of test with 12.5mg of Asin EOD . Let's pick the closest available source domestic-supply and Alpha Pharma , how much does a monthly TRT average if we were to get it from them ?

Figure they'll probably scribe at most 200 mgs a week so you'll get at least 10 to 12 weeks of test You can stretch hcg about the same. Self prescribe from DS about $80-$90 a month.
 
You figure they only prescribe hcg just in case you have to stop treatment . If you plan on staying on forever you wouldn't need it correct ?

Yes my brother you are 100% correct you don't need pct or hcg when you are in trt
 
All n all if you can afford hcg it would be ideal to run with TRT , but what I meant is that these clinics expect the majority of people to stop treatment sooner or later and if they keep your boys nice and plump with hcg then transition off will be more gentle on the body !

Me I got kids , no hcg fo me ! If I could only get my Dr to give me a real dose of TRT !

IMO it's also a mental out look. The tripping on the fact that the boyz are all shrink up vs them being plump to add to feeling of well being.
 
Try anti-aging doc. Mine scribes 100 mg tcyp /week, Hcg-Novarel, and Exemestane, covered under insurance. The Novarel is free through Cigna home delivery.

That was my route... search directory in A4M. Com website for local doctors certified in anti-aging. Mine happened to be a fam practice MD that also runs a weight loss clinic that is known for their hcg diet around here. Now he has 3 new TRT patients:cool:

In my area there is one anti aging place but no insurance is accepted so I would have to pay over 1800 just to see the guy

My Dr started the same, but I told him I wanted to do self injections at home for convenience, then I do it on my schedule....I actually pin twice a wk using 29g insulin syringe

He also started out giving me 1cc bottles but I told him it was too many trips to pharmacy so he now writes it 10cc bottles.

I would do that to but be prescribed me a 1ml vial with a total of 200mg of cyp. No refills


One injection and if be done. He wants me to wait two months before he tests me again

My VA dr wrote my script for 200 mg shot once a month so ive been supplementing that. Talk about ridiculous

Well the 200 at once may b overshooting you....my tt. Was below 300 and on only 70mgs wk I'm around 800tt. I started with 100mg/wk and my test went over 1000 and started getting irritated nipples (e2 was 52) so you may have some estrogen issues most likely. I used privatemdlabs to confirm my e2 issue

Sry to jump in late , Ive got the same battle going on with my Dr . He prescribed 100mg every month . Thing is , my test numbers were 455 before I convinced him to give TRT .

Now I kind of lost . He wants me to get bloods in 4 months to see were my numbers are at , so what am I supposed to do for the next 3 1/2 months ? Til I get bloods again .

Wow 100mg a month is only like 25mg week....thats nuts! The shot will give you a little boost & slow ur natural production, then once its gone back down again. MHO I would stick with ur natural production cause it wasn't that bad & ur gonna feel like crap on that roller coaster ride. Honestly if my test numbers were that good I would have never started trt.....I would gave just cycled properly when I wanted

Exactly, low T is exploding with commercials and these DRs are prescribing this stuff without research.....don they even understand half life or the human body's regulation systems. Educate yourselves guys :)

What a dick! Its like he's saying to himself(the dr) "you think you got low t, i"ll show you low t".

My level was 120.6 total t, thats like 30ng higher than gjrl. Was wondering why i wasnt making much progress in gym

It's crazy , it's not even every week , it's once a month ! I thought about droping it all together . I was expecting a weekly dose and a legit script ! I guess it backfired on me trying to work it !

No way I'm Heck I'd want to take pins every wk the rest of my life if I didn't have to....I only got mine check bcause it was affecting my memory. Most people on it will tell ya it's trial & error finding a good Dr

I had a few symptoms , memory is one and very frustrating , low sex drive and so on , it's possibly caused by the opiate replacement therapy IV been on for the last 10 plus yrs .

I'm an avid bike rider , so there is that part that thought it would help their also . I started the TRT just the beginning of the year so I haven't been long . Got some thinking to do , maybe I'll pm you dirty . Can you send pm's yet ?

The last doc I saw wanted to prescribe me clomid to help raise my t. lol His eyes got wide when I spouted info I've learned over the years about it. He wouldn't even consider prescribing t.
 
Let ask a question, we here we've ran cycles before why not self prescribe? Is it just to get a script for it to be cool with the law? Just asking...

I went several years ago to my Primary Care Physician to have blood work done and have a legal script for a TRT regime. I would suggest everyone go this route to avoid problems and you can get a 10 CC 200 ml bottle of Test Cyp at Walgreens for a $15.00 co-pay. I also get HCG and Anavar as well. Under a doctors care is the only way I will cycle now. My endo also orders my blood work every 120 days or so for free to check my test levels etc: so its a win win. If you are going this route then make sure your test levels are under 200 or most insurance companies will not pay for your TRT program. I switched insurance companies 2 years ago and the new insurance company would not honor my old prescription because my test levels came back at 858 , so I had to come off and wait until they fell within there acceptable range before I could get my script paid for.

Of coarse I understand that. Guess what my question is if your Dr has got you on a 100mg a month or some stupid shit like that and just doing more damage in unstable blood levels.
And not to mention the $ pending what the insurance covers if they even cover it.

We know all the tools are there to self prescribe. So is it just to have a script?
 
Thanks arabian, guess that's the question I'm asking. I'm in the age range for trt but my insur. Doesn't cover it. So it's kinda of a pickle for me.

They will if your blood work comes back under there specified guidelines. Call your insurance company and ask them what they require your total test to be before they will cover your TRT script. I had to do this 2 years ago, so I know they will cover it as long as it is low.

Hey Arabian, your PCP prescribes you anavar? That's awesome.. I thought that was mostly prescribed for anti-wasting. I'm on TRT at 200mg cyp per week, I also get arimidex and HCG 10,000iu every 2 months. What condition does he officially write it for you to treat if you don't mind me asking? If you mind I understand.

My numbers was 455 , but I still had low t symptoms . It might come form long term opiate replacement therapy . When he gave me the Andro gel it helped . But cross contamination was an issue , we switched . Now he gives me 100mg a month !

I got shitty coverage right now cuz of a change in jobs, co-pay is stupidly high. Gonna go down and run bloods and see where I stand.

Been running low for the last few yrs and the effect of natural ways has been falling off.

I go to a endocrinologist now, and he specializes in low test and its actually a TRT clinic. My PCP never prescribed HCG or anything other than the test. That is why I switched because my endo is very well versed in this and he ensures you do it safely. I have no idea about the condition for the anavar. Also , thanks for the heads up, i corrected my post to reflect the endocrinologist I see now.

That's great, I had really no luck with endo's at first.. You're lucky to have found one that like that. My PCP has been great with my dose, the AI, and HCG, I'll try bringing up the var thing but I'm not going to push. I have a good thing with him I don't want to mess it up, if he won't I'll just buy it like everyone else lol.

As far as I'm concerned if your test levels are low enough (with symptoms) you should be able to find a Dr to prescribe HRT. The advantages.....it's legal! What if your going on vacation? Without a script if u get caught with it u could go to jail. To me its like saying I have any other medical issue but I want to self medicate...why? A good trt Dr will stay on top of other things than just test levels, such as rbc, your prostate, etc.. plus u never have to wonder if ur stuff is dosed correctly. Just my opinions

Now the t levels should be way down !

Honestly brother I'd be looking for another doctor, why should you have to ride the hormone roller coaster because of his ineptitude. You're gonna stop, then take that 1cc for the month and feel like garbage. And then you'll be doin that every couple of months for this idiot. If you really can't find a doctor to give you the treatment you need and deserve then I'd be administering my own TRT from one of the great sources we have here and get my bloods done by that internet lab I've seen posted on here, before I let a doc play with my life like that. That's just my 2 cents brother, I hope it works out for you.

Dirty Deed I agree with you, having the script is priceless.
And the key words there is finding a "good Dr". Seems like there's more quacks than good ones when it comes to TRT.
 
So in a months time with using androgel for two weeks and .5ml of test cyp injection two weeks ago my total test is up from 221 to 341. Still not in the normal range.

I still feel like shit. I'll be calling an endo tomorrow.

This Dr sucks ass

Thing is that is what the insurance and most Docs consider the norm ! Sometimes you have to tell him what you need and want , or willing to do without him and you need his support ! You might have to pay out of pocket , because the insurance won't pay ! I think it's like $68 for a btl of cyp out of pocket , anyways it

I like LowTestosterone.Com it is out of pocket. But they get you feeling better! Not just look at numbers.

Hmmm... two hundred bucks a month, all inclusive. I see they prescribe t, hcg, and arimidex.

So I got an appointment with and endo. I told her I wanted my thyroid checked as well because I have symptoms of being hypothyroidism and i don't feel any better after being on test for about a month and a half
Here is what she tells me.

I don't believe you have a thyroid condition. I don't believe you have low test... your lie test tests were taken at 10am and 2pm,
So what I want you to do is to stop all test and in two months well check your test at 8 in the morning
I then had to tell her that I wanted my thyroid checked as well bc she was unwilling to do it

So now I'll have to wait for two months plus lab time plus any other bull shit she puts me through to feel better
I'm so Fucking tired of feeling bad

Prescribe testosterone then stop it..irresponsible douch. If she didn't think ur T was low then why did she write the script. Get another Dr fast. If it's low its low if not its not. And thyroid testing should been done to start with
