noticed some good muscle hardness and definite gains in my upper body. Strength is up gained 5 pounds starting weight was 175 this morning weighed in 180. Eating 1800 calories ED stick with a 40% protein, 40% fats and 20% carbs with a refeed day on Saturdays. I still get a little shaky about 45 mins after taking the albuterol doses but nothing I can't handle. Going to stay at the 4MG 3x a day 4 hours because of the shakiness. Starting to lean out in upper torso areas (shoulders, upper back) always the first places I start to see it. S4 dose is up to 60MG ED and have notices slight vision sides. mostly when I go outside when is really bright out and come back in take my eyes a good 2 mins to adjust. Very little yellow tint only in low light areas. Have not really have any night vision effects. Plan on upping to 70 MG next week. Haven't really been killing the cardio but need to start so I can loose more fat. So far so good.
 
I'm starting week 5 of the triple stack , I'm at 75mg of s4 and definetly notice hardening. Same with the sides though when i go from light to dark. Your cycle looks solid though

I walked in Home Depot the other day and was like sh*t, can't read the isle signs LOL. Had to walk around for a min or 2 so my eyes would adjust.
 
Good layout man but if you are not doing some form of cardio while running GW you are not getting nearly what you could out of it. Make sure you know how to dose your orals like primoboldex and Oxvar around your N2Guard there is an article floating around on main page I believe

I do cardio but its been 20 mins 2-3 times a week. I did see and read through Dylan's write up about dosing orals.
 
excellent progress so far bro... your doing great and the updates are appreciated... I do strongly agree with the Kid though about your cardio... you are selling yourself short in that regard... at the very least, make sure your utilizing the strong effect of GW during training to build muscular endurance and really push yourself to the max on rest and recovery sets, etc... there are a lot of gains left to be made though bro... your not even half way through and have made substantial progress... i know the s4 can be uncomfortable at times but the effect far outweighs the slight discomfort... keep up the nice work

Don't forget you can do HiiT weight training as well, cardio is a direct correlation to heart rate, with the GW throw in some instensity type shit and get that muscular endurance going too, doesn't just have to be traditional cardio
 
typically when I train to lose fat like I'm doing now I always limit my rest periods to 60-90 seconds in between reps so I keep my heart pumping. I figure if i mix both HIIT weight training and HIIT separate cardio sessions I should be where I want to be at the end of this cycle.

Lol yup that's when u realize the s4 is kicking in good. It's all good bro you'll get use to the night vision sides becomes part of your lifestyle lol

Yes that will be a great combination for fat loss man. I absolutely love HIIT cardio. Nothing melts the fat off me like it

sounds like you might have to tinker with your s4 dosage.Maybe go down to 50 mg or goto 5 on 2 off.
