Anyone try the usp labs aminos? I bought a bottle and it says the serving size is 5 tablets, this means 5 tablets at the same time? or like 3 pre and 3 post training?

You can use them pre, during & post workout.

I usually use the powdered formula and sip during my workouts.

Whenever you want man. After training would be optimal. Don't split a serving or you'll weaken the effects.

you can split aminos, thats not a problem

In between meals, pre and post training. No real bad time to take BCAAs.

I like to consume the powdered aminos intra and post workout.
