I'm looking to cut some weight I'm 26 5'10, 185 trying to drop some belly fat I work out 5 days a week and eat a pretty healthy diet iv had people tell me about clen and thought about trying it. Anyone disagree?
 
What does your diet and training look like?

Clenbuterol is full of side-effects that are unnecessary to suffer when there are safer options out there. Albuterol comes to mind when I think of options to Clenbuterol.

GW is a great cutting drug, I would try that with a nice OTC fat burner, you will get much better results than with Clenbuterol.
 
In eating a low calorie diet with mostly chicken breasts salads with lemon dressing and a bowl of cereal in the mornings with skim milk. I'd say 1400 calorie a day. I'm currently offshore on a oil rig every other 3 weeks and usually work out 5-7 times a week because there's nothing else to do I work 12 hours then work out and go to bed. Rotating out with core, chest, arms etc I'm trying to do low weight high rep and throw in a heavy lift day here and there I appreciate your reply I'm not very familiar with those products any help with info on how to get them? Sorry for newbie questions
 
Try out GW at 20mg per day. It will help tremendously with fat loss. It is available at www.sarms1.com You can also use Yohimflame and/or N2slin from n2bm.com with it to enhance it also.
 
Of course you can try it just need to be safe.. It's not going to give drastic results your diet and training will..
 
Clen didn't do anything for me except give me heartburn really bad, and the shakes.

however that doesn't mean it won't work for you.. everyone is different.. however why not just take something that was designed for weight loss and has low sides? GW from sarms1

clen is a shitty asthma drug that some guru one day decides to claim helped lose weight. it is an awful lot of sides to go through
 
I tried Clen and I hate it, makes my hands shake really bad. I feel a lot better using GW-50156 haven't noticed any sides from that and the endurance during cardio is insane.
 
Thanks for all the advice guys I looked into the gw-50156 and read a bunch of stuff about it is very common to cause cancer in rat studies. Any bad side effects on people? I looked at a bottle of it on sarms1 and a bottle is around 100$ a bottle anyone know how many servings are in that bottle

there is a video on GW on youtube that matty did which explains that cancer myth. basically you would have to take 2 entire bottles a day for like 6 months to equate to that study.

and each bottle if you take 20mg a day lasts a whole month lol. so you see those rat studies don't equate to humans at all

in fact a study in Australia on humans showed it inhibits cancer, doesn't increase it

the people who cry about cancer with GW are the same guys who drink alcohol and smoke cigs and won't take GW. it cracks me up when we know that cigs and alcohol increase the chance of lung and liver cancers
 
I never recommend clen. ..although I had good luck with it in the past, if that makes sense. I think you best bet is def the gw @20mg per day. The sarms triple stack would be even better.
 
Iv read some about the albuterol also what's the deal on that not as many side effects but not as affective as clen?

I'm going to tell you what people on here should of told you from the start.

research this shit or hire a coach to help you with this stuff. cause you don't know anything about these compounds and they are nothing to fuck around with.. clen and even albuterol can kill you if you overdose.

there are very good articles/videos on this site that cover all these compounds from A to Z
 
And I understand what you are saying I personally consider asking people who know about it for help "research". Hints this thread. I'm not ordering anything today I'm researching before I buy. I know tons of guys from the gym that all have different opinions of these drugs so I'm getting more knowledge before I take the route..

Your intake seems awfully low. How is your cardio? What do you consider "high rep"?

So personally I would advise using any sort of drugs unless you're dead set on it. There appears to be some holes in your diet, you should be eating WAY more than 1400 kcal, that's ridiculously low, especially if you're training 5-7 days a week. How do you plan on healing your body? Post a little more on your diet, I.e your macros, your carb sources, etc...
 
Can i use albuterol sulfate, or does it have to be straight albuterol

My diet is horrible I will admit it with my work schedule and gym schedule I usually eat 1/2 cup raisin bran with skim milk in morning then lunch is usually a salad with grilled chicken egg whites onions pickles and a small amount of lemon juice. With 2 pieces of grilled fish all small portions. I never eat supper I get off work hit the gym usually do a mile and a half on treadmill and 10 minutes on row machine. Drink a refeed shake after gym occasionally but usually just take a shower and go to bed for another day. I know there are some extreme holes in my diet I just don't have a lot of options on the drill ship I'm on
 
I used clen yrs ago and got ripped for sure, but it has way to many sides, your better off with albuterol. half of those that are recommending the triple stack but never even used it themselves hmmmmmmmmm. I just got done using the yohimflame, GW and n2slin and worked real well.
 
sorry to be off topic gents, but i have clen i found while i was moving i havent used in 2 years
is it safe to take? clen has always worked great for me 2 weeks on 1 week off and on the week off i take ibuprofen to clear our my receptors. keeps me sweating like mad when i go back on again. i ramp up from 20mgs to 80mgs to 20mgs again over 2 weeks.

any info on this would be greatly appreciated. thank you guys in advance
 
i agree. the shakes the angst. im getting older and the sides are effecting me more
i have been using a yohinbine hcl based fat burner called liponephrine. i take it in the morning on an empty stomach and do light cardio, i sweat like mad works great
ive never tried GW, looks like the talk of the town

nonetheless, is clen safe to use after 2 years of sitting on shelf?
