There's to be absolutely no trading or selling from member to member guys. This was already put out. We don't need any more issues popping up.
Where was that notice? I saw the trading thread was locked but didn't see anything about a trading ban among members.
 
Sure, PK finally got banned after scamming on multiple names for months. Why would there be any issues now?

No, I just don't see anything anywhere that says no trading among members. The PK thread just says don't trade with PK. And it's over 100 pages long so I don't know how you could assume every member has read every page even if on some page in there the mods said no more trading at all. If that's a new rule, it wasn't well publicized. Gains and Mrsurgeon28 obviously didn't know about it and they're on here all the time.
 
Ok guys time to up the tren to 350mg keep winny at 350 and lower test to 250mg. I dropped the t3 cause it flattened me too Much. Time to get hard as a rock!! Still dieting as well..

I'm not the one to lift for strength but I'm definitely getting stronger this week. I popped all 5 winny tabs pre workout today.. Gave me a awesome pump and shoulder pressed 2 plates 6 times

Shits about to get real now. Threw mast in. So now I'm at 350 tren/mast/whinny per week and doing 250 test e per week. Also doing 75-100mg ephedrine per day, 30min cardio 5x per week is getting added. Time to get peeled!

Time to blow up lean and add dbol. Which combo do u guys like better
750 test
350 tren
30mg dbol per day

Or
500 test
350 tren
350 mast
30mg dbol

I think higher test and tren+dbol might be better for size and save the mast for when I diet back down

I like option 2 because Masteron is my favorite compound and you can still add some lean mass with the dbol while the mast and tren keeps you tight. I think either option is okay as long as you adjust your AI accordingly so you get lean mass and not bloat mass feel me

My secrert is heavy raw deadlifts man. People stare are my forearms from across the room. But of course any movement where you hold the weight helps like shrugs or even rows. Just go raw, chalk at most. Guys who still use wrist straps are completely losing out on grip strength and sexy fucking forearms no homo

Yeah pretty low bf % I have genes to stay pretty lean year round and also like mike said if you want sick nasty forearms no straps on back day... This tren/mast helps a lot to.

Started up dbol along with test/tren/mast and the pumps are insane.. To the point they hurt in the gym lol I'm starting to fill out pretty well and I'm staying drier then fuck and eating dirty/high calorie on top of it. Things are going good so far with blowing up. I'll post a pic in a week or two when the dbol really starts filling me out

I got an experiment I'm about to do. Right now I am cruising and plan to blast in 2-3 weeks. I'm going to get as lean and as dry as I possibly can these next couple to three weeks... After my cut I'll increase the calories and do more of a recomp diet. Calories/macros will be something like 250-300p, 350c, 100f... that way I won't gain unnecessary fat then the best part about it is my bodyfat will remain the same and over time I will grow lean especially because tren will be in... when tren is in I can possibly even eat more and stay just as lean. I've noticed every tren run I can get away with higher calories and bodyfat won't go up. I'm excited to blow up lean!!

blast will be a pre contest blast. 16 weeks long

500mg test e week 1-14
175-500mg tren ace week 1-16
25-50mg dbol per day week 1-4
350mg npp week 4-12
350-500mg mast week p 8-16
20-40mg halo pre workout week 12-16
50mg anadrol per day 10 days out
1.25mg letro ed week 12-16
Primatene (ephedrine hcl) 25mg 2-4x per day week 8-16
50mcg t3 4 12-16
.5-1mg caber week 1-16

Bro, where you getting that primatene mist? Haven't see that stuff since the 90s.
