Blowing up lean

I got an experiment I'm about to do. Right now I am cruising and plan to blast in 2-3 weeks. I'm going to get as lean and as dry as I possibly can these next couple to three weeks... After my cut I'll increase the calories and do more of a recomp diet. Calories/macros will be something like 250-300p, 350c, 100f... that way I won't gain unnecessary fat then the best part about it is my bodyfat will remain the same and over time I will grow lean especially because tren will be in... when tren is in I can possibly even eat more and stay just as lean. I've noticed every tren run I can get away with higher calories and bodyfat won't go up. I'm excited to blow up lean!!

blast will be a pre contest blast. 16 weeks long

500mg test e week 1-14
175-500mg tren ace week 1-16
25-50mg dbol per day week 1-4
350mg npp week 4-12
350-500mg mast week p 8-16
20-40mg halo pre workout week 12-16
50mg anadrol per day 10 days out
1.25mg letro ed week 12-16
Primatene (ephedrine hcl) 25mg 2-4x per day week 8-16
50mcg t3 4 12-16
.5-1mg caber week 1-16
 
bro thats a pretty heavy cycle...you using cycle aids like n2guard?...and why use anadrol? and letrozole is in there why?

Anadrol because it fills me out perfectly for pre contest and doesn't overspill me... And Letro to dry up

That layout is pretty nice bro, I wish more people would use layouts as such instead of straight runs.. It doesn't have to be high dosages to see the effects of ran in a way like yours..

Your run is actually pretty similar to my upcoming..
 
That is one complex cycle you are going to run, and it is looking intriguing. Will keep an eye on your log. Also, I would highly suggest you do as @gearhead says - add some N2Guard - it will be an essential liver support for such a heavy cycle.

This is a pretty hefty cycle. Make sure you are using a liver aid such as n2guard.

I would also add HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/days throughout your cycle to try and keep suppression of your natural system to a minimum.

I have always recommended getting lean and then trying to put on size. Your idea is sound. The body grows much better in a lean state. Digestion is better, hunger is better, hormones are better. Getting fat in order to bulk never made sense to me and is counterproductive on a lot of levels.

well I must say for a young dude you eat solid.

I would add some more fruit and veggies in there though.. you need those vitamins/minerals

you can bake asparagus in the oven with some olive oil and vinagriette dressing, it tastes very good and is easy to make

Pretty good diet but like Steve said I would add veggies and fruit. You could use it to replace the starchy carbs in your diet like the potato and rice. You will get even leaner that way as well. I eat my asparagus raw. I actually eat almost all my veggies raw, so easy and already prepped that way.

Thanks I try to get as much knowledge as possible about diet and 'll include some pineapple and bananas, I love both of those. And you're right on the asparagus I've had that. It tastes amazing
 
Weighed 208 today. Getting more veins and more lines. Good sign of tren ace kicking I. Good. I started getting crazy sweats again

Im 3 weeks in on test e test p and deca. I have caber on hand but havent started it. I see u put take it the whole cycle. How does caber treat you? Sides? And nice cycle plan. Looks awsome bro.

Not sure if I'm gonna run caber the entire time. It depends if my prolactin goes up... So I'll probably most likely just keep it on hand for a "safety" tool.

275p 50-100c from veggies and 50g fats basically will be eating chicken, sirloin steak, egg whites, green veggies, and some peanut butter to keep the appetite down at night time.

Actually i might just do 500mg test per week, 175 tren ace per week, 350mg npp per week, and I'm going to start letro at 1.25mg eod, and caber at .5mg 2x per week. Thoughts guys??

I've never ran two Nords together - what is the reason for running NPP with Tren? Also maybe you answered this already but why use Letro instead of Aromasin?

Just liked the idea of the combination... So I figured as long as I got caber on hand I should be gtg.. And letro over any ai for me cause it dries me up best.

So 16 weeks out (one week from now) I'll be running 2-3 amps test e per week 175mg tren per week and 30-50mg dbol per day and I'm trying to figure out a proper letro dose for this combo... Letro is what I got for an ai. I know you guys would recommend diff but it's what I got lol.

I'm doing 500mg test e, 175 tren, and 30-50mg dbol. I'm dropping npp 16 weeks out and that's not going back in till 12 when I stop dbol. It's my last week of npp. I'm thinking about putting in mast with this new combo. I love the look it gives me

Run aromasin for sure. Proviron will not do what you need in that department. Im running 125mg of hipo's and I still run a good dose of Aromasin. Its mandatory dude.

Well its my first time with it and never tried proviron before. I think its doing great lol. I notice a libido difference for sure. AI wise idk man nothing special.
 
Wow.... that is a lot of gear. 16 week run of tren is heavy duty. I could never run it that long. Even in lower #s. I tend to keep my cycles simpler. Three blends max. My next one is 20 weeks of Test-C and Primo; kickstart with Dbol with back end Mast. and Anavar. Love mast. Love Anavar. Love the low sides. LOL. This one should feel great!
 
Well you sure know how to pick your fruits to accommodate that sweet tooth you mentioned :D. Eating those fruits around work out schedule can be beneficial apples are a solid choice for fruit as you get closer to show date. Since you prepping for show you should more of an emphasis on incorporating the veggies in diet more so then fruit (the greener the better). Keep posting pics and updates, cycle looks interesting I will definitely be following.

I've been eating more greens lately... And yeah man I have a crazy sweet tooth. I'll usually eat candy pre workout to cure it. I like having fruit with meal 1 most the time. Bananas sometimes I like as a pre workout snack to cause it gives a wicked pump. I like to do something diff every time.

This was my suspicion and why I asked you were running Letro - I never really touched the stuff but only from what I read and my experience I have enjoyed running Aromasin even when running High Test and Tren. If you are looking for muscle hardness I would say 50mg-75mg ED of Proviron has worked very well for me.
 
Also Proviron will help dry you out some and libido - you wont have limp dick - also might try to run some HCgenerate or at the least some bulgarian tribulus

Okay guys I've been liking the test/tren/npp combo thus far... but I hate how much water I hold on npp. I'm going to swap npp out for mast p and focus on getting hard and grainy. I think I'm going to keep on cutting and do a show here in about 6-8 weeks. So I kinda changed my plans/mind SO I'm going to switch my cycle to 500mg test e 175mg tren ace 350mg mast p 50mcg t3 and I think I'm about to add in 50-100mg per day of ephedrine hcl. Then when I'm 4 weeks out either throw in halo or winny.

bro wouldnt use the t3...real catabolic...if you want to stay lean why not add some cardarine/andarine...

If you have the right doses and compounds in and right amount of food it is the best fat burner out there... When I dropped carbs completely I went dry and flat. I added them back in to moderate 200g per day and I look much better

Ok guys got issues lately. My acne is getting worse and worse... I'm not sure if it's the tren+npp combo. If it's coming from high caffeine/ and 50mg ephedrine per day. I'm also doing 50mcg t3 per day to. My doses are low on tren(175) npp(350) so I'm not sure if it's cause they're fighting for the same receptor or what... I'm about to drop this npp and see if it makes a difference

Getting thick... Gonna harden up with 50mg winny per day starting tomorrow. Doing this for a short 2 weeks along with dieting some more to get leaner. Also tren/test and I'm Eating a high protein moderate carb diet.
