I got an experiment I'm about to do. Right now I am cruising and plan to blast in 2-3 weeks. I'm going to get as lean and as dry as I possibly can these next couple to three weeks... After my cut I'll increase the calories and do more of a recomp diet. Calories/macros will be something like 250-300p, 350c, 100f... that way I won't gain unnecessary fat then the best part about it is my bodyfat will remain the same and over time I will grow lean especially because tren will be in... when tren is in I can possibly even eat more and stay just as lean. I've noticed every tren run I can get away with higher calories and bodyfat won't go up. I'm excited to blow up lean!!
