Best Cycle To Run After Shoulder Surgery ?

Hey fellas ! Had rotator, ac joint, and bicep procedure done last June. Got back on some Test E after about 4 months and aggravated it to the point that I've been off training for the last 3 months letting it heal. It's driven me insane not being able to train. So I've recently gotten to the point that I think im ready to kick it up again but still just slightly tender. About a week ago I started on some Balco HGH. I got a 20ml bottle of some cyp waiting as well.
What would be the best way to slide back into things in your guys opinion ? I thought about looking to DS for some Deca to throw in as well since it supposed to be a good support for the joints. Should I just run the HGH for awhile only ? Or test and/or the deca ?
*36 yrs old and have some liquid stane (ai) from RUI to run during and pct lined up with hcgenerate, clomid, nolva on hand.
Any and all help much appreciated.

if you want a cycle for post-injury, the best is sarms bro
many sarms were developed for muscle wasting to begin with
 
Why would you even consider cycling after and injury? You're going to keep hurting yourself. I'm sure you've lost plenty of mass and muscle memory goes a long way. If you can't lift naturally with the injury, how is the increased strength from steroids going to help? You'll just keep pounding away at the injury until you can never lift on it again. Leave the steroids alone and see if you can train consistently on it for 6 months.

If you can't lift naturally with the injury, how is the increased strength from steroids going to help? You'll just keep pounding away at the injury until you can never lift on it again. Leave the steroids alone and see if you can train consistently on it for 6 months.

Yep i agree. Get back goin naturally for awhile make sure your recovered. A cycle isnt what you need at this point. Imo
 
if you want to delay healing and tear up more of your body up where you will need addition surgeries then go for it

if you want to heal up faster than SARM's is a good option for you but you better not go in there like a gorilla and throw weights around and re-injure yourself

you should be working out your legs in the meantime, just don't do squats.. use machines and work the calves. a buddy of mine blew out his knee and was out for 6 months.. did he get depressed? nope.. he spent those 6 months working out just his upper body.. he was in the gym on crutches

I think you started back too soon !
Now that we got that out of the way, I've two Suggestions.
One, is just keep Rehabbing that Shoulder with just some Mobility Exercise, to get your strength back.
Two, you could try some TB-500 for your Shoulder, it can be helpful in most instances....................................JP

You definitely came back too soon. Were you not prescribed PT? I had surgery for a full tear of my right rotator cuff and torn labrum. First 6 weeks after surgery it was complete rest. Then 3 months of PT. I was given the ok to return to the gym almost 5 months after the surgery. I was instructed to figure on slowly increasing the weights over a 6 month window before returning to business as usual. On bench I started out only using the bar and very gradually increased the weight.

So all in all it took me about a year to finally get back to where I was before the tear! But the surgery was a success.

I thought I was healed. I was lifting pain free before the cycle. PT went great. I compete at a world class level and actually set another world record but at the cost of re aggravating it. Too excited to get back I guess. I associated no pain with being ok. Thanks for your help.

Which sarms would be ideal ? Im on HGH right now. Neen on for a week but will continue for 6 minths to a year hopefully. Would it be a waste to do the sarms alongside ?

I remember rich piana saying he had surgery or something and was on GH. Doctors said his recovery was incredible, so I think you might as well stay on that and away from anabolics

Roger that ! Definitely wanting to heal. It was wishful thinking that my self diagnosis was a muscle related issue. I guess I thought test would help me move along faster but not necessarily so. I respect the fellas on hear and they have lots more experience than me. Im gonna hold off for a bit and let the HGH work its magic. Thanks for your opinion.
