Test and tren bulk cycle

WEEK 7 - Day 50

Well heading into the back end of things now, diets on point and body's appearing leaner by the day with added size aswell, can't describe how stoked I've been with this cycle, tren is absolutely incredible. As of this week I've upped my tren dose from 350mg to 450mg so ill see how that goes and just gunna experiment with the dose to see how high I can go before I get the bad sides.
Speaking of sides I still don't have any going on that are making life difficult or affecting the cycle, I get night sweating but nothing crazy, I have restless sleep but that's a normal thing for me, little bit of indigestion but really comes and goes depending on what I eat and it's easily fixed. Other than that I think things are going great I definitely don't have any mental issues that you here a lot about and so far the tren cough has been non existent so couldn't be happier.
After yesterday's quad sesh I'm walking like a rape victim today but it was an unreal session, hit chest this morning and smashed out a predominantly incline based workout, had a huge pump throughout the whole sesh and had the veins going crazy.

Day 51

Back day today and mixed it up with a focus on volume and little to no resting, included a heap of drop set stuff today and tried to keep the intensity high by having minimal rest between sets. Getting solid pumps every workout at the moment, just from warming up with pull ups my forearms and lats were going crazy.
I've been going mad thinking about if I should use my anavar or not and I've decided I'm going to, I've got it so I may as well use it and get as much from this cycle as I can.
 
Day 52

Hami day today which was a good sesh considering I've been working nights and averaging about 5 hours sleep, still moved some heavy weight and added a heap of drop set shit to my workout. I started the avanvar today with two 25mg caps morning and tea, not much else going on about to go to bed early for a change
 
Day 53

Had a decent sleep last night and went and trained shoulders this morning, strength is crazy still feel like I can stay in the gym all day and not get tired. Been finishing every sesh with forearm and ab work and every second day hit calves, really hoping I can bring a bit of size to them from this cycle. Quads tomorrow will post then
 
Day 55

Sorry fellas missed the log yesterday I've got some family issues going on, I trained quads yesterday but was pretty distracted so wasn't the best session, I hit chest hard this morning and ended up training way too long, half hour of calves to get the body warm then hit chest for nearly an 90min then finished up with 20mins of ab's. Intensity is so full on when I'm training I just can't leave lol, overall feeling great I'm about to do my fourth jab at the higher tren dose, I think I can feel the difference now, deffinatly sweating more all the time and during workouts it's ridiculous. No extra strength as yet but everything seems to be going good, my abs are really starting to get shredded now and the vascularity in my upper body is crazy. Bring on the last few weeks
 
Day 55

Sorry fellas missed the log yesterday I've got some family issues going on, I trained quads yesterday but was pretty distracted so wasn't the best session, I hit chest hard this morning and ended up training way too long, half hour of calves to get the body warm then hit chest for nearly an 90min then finished up with 20mins of ab's. Day 56

Rest day today so nothing exciting going on, I'm gunna recap what I've been using and doses and just generally how it's gone so far.
So I'm 8 weeks in and couldn't be happier with the way it's gone so far, been on the test for 8 weeks and tren for 6,
Test e I'm dosing at 200mg per week
Tren a I was using at 350mg per week, this last week I've upped it to 450mg
Also this week added Anavar at 50mg per day and will run that till pct

With cycle support I'm using 12.5mg aromasin eod, Hcg at 250iu every mon and thurs, along with a truck load of vitamins and liver supports, and recently added n2gaurd to the cocktail aswell.

In regards to side effects the only things I have to report are awesome vivid dreams, night sweats, which don't really bother me, restless sleeping but no where near insomnia, and prob just a constant racing mind, I'm so focused on the gym it's like nothing else processes with me, I can say that the sweating has gotten more excessive since I upped the dose but it's also made me more vascular and I can see my body composition changing by the day. Really impressed with tren and will deffinatly be using it again, worse part of the lot is that it'll be ending in a couple of weeks.
 
Day 57

Had a good hamie session today and finished with some bi's, I got some crazy pumps today, was stronger aswell so dunno if the anavar is already doing a bit or the higher tren dose is causing it but either way it's awesome. One set of curls had my bi's on fire, going to do a chest and back session tomorrow for the first time in ages, hoping the upper body pump will be next level
 
Hey Franco, been tracking your progress in this thread, just wanna say congrats on achieving such awesome results! Good to see another fellow Australian on the forums (pretty sure I've seen your posts on other aussie forums).
 
Day 58

Holy shit!!!

Did a variation or Arnold's chest and back workout tonight were every chest exercise is supersetted with a back exercise and fu*k me the pump I had going on was incredible, I had 3 different fellas come up to me and ask what I'm using haha, the workout wasn't as much volume as it normally would be training these muscle groups separate but I kept the intensity high with minimal rest and the pump and fullness was crazy. Still put up some big weight to considering how taxing the sets were, finished with some forearm work until I couldn't move my wrists. Cannot get enough of training at the moment it's all I look forward to everyday and once I'm in the gym I don't wanna leave, I'm sure the anavar is giving me these pumps too cause they've only been this extreme the last few workouts, anyway I'm off to bed so I can have some fu*ked up dreams haha
 
Mate this ive been tossing up between a test, dbol, eq cycle or a low dose test and moderate tren. This has sold it to me haha and ur in aussie too! Im excited for my experience now!
 
Cheers fellas yeah I'm glad I don't my research and choose this way, I no everyone's different but one of my mates is doing high test and high tren and he's struggling abit with anger, acne, and his sleepin is all fu*cked up.
 
Day 58

Day 59

Not a great deal to report today I had to work all day and family shit meant I couldn't train today, I had a pretty ruff sleep last night, I can feel abit of a cold coming on so I dunno if it's from that or the higher tren giving me some issues, sweating is full on at night now, just having my chin resting on my chest when I'm on my phone or something ends up with a pool of sweat on me haha, it's enough to be waking me up through the night but not as crazy as some of the stuff ya here when blokes need to sleep on towels.
I'm hoping to get my bodyfat checked again this weekend as I think I'm leaner and definitely up in weight, will be interesting to see if there's much of a change, anyway off to bed for me hopefully for a decent sleep then go train quads in the morning
 
Day 60

Had a good sleep last night which was a suprise, usually the night i pin is when the sweating is the worse but last night i felt like i had a pretty deep sleep, woke up feeling rested too. Went and trained quads early this morning starting with squats as usual, ive capped my squat at 150kg just so i dont end up with fu*ked knees again but i work to it then do numerous sets at 150 before moving on to hack squats and everything else. Overall workout was awesome i had sweat dripping off me from start to finish, starting to see some good veins popping in the legs now too which is awesome. Gunna hit shoulders in the morning for now its dream time
 
would you have done anything different so far? like run prop instead of E? im still tossing up between these too and whether to kick start with Dbol as i usually do this ( i love dbol, i take AIs and get no bloat or side effects other than back pump)
 
Nah wouldn't change anything bro, will add in EQ next cycle but the way I pin I'm glad I use test e, try'd to use prop as a kick last cycle and the pip nailed me, this has been awesome especially for my first run with tren, loving it!!
 
Day 61

Was busy yesterday and didn't get a chance to post, I had a decent sleep and trained shoulders in the morning, I've been putting a lot of emphasis on upright rows and rear delts and I hit a pb on uprights and smashed some decent weight on rears, followed up with some drop sets on shoulder press. My gym got a new side lateral raise for delts so I finished up supersetting front and side raises and tried out the new machine. Shoulder pump was insane. Finished off with some tri's and forearms.

I had a tren only pin into my right shoulder that I did late last night and it stung like a bitch, don't think I waited long enough for the alcohol to dry. Anyone else had this before?

Day 62
Today I trained hams and calves, this has been my favorite session lately, really trying to get some growth out of them so been pushing them to the limit a couple of times a week. Been laying on the lounge since cause I'm fu*ked but well worth it. Gunna train chest in the morning will update then

Day 63

Trained chest and back together again today, far out that combo is killa, the fullness you get from combining those muscles is crazy, smashed out some quality weight too until the later part of my workout and the lat pumps hit me, one rep of anything on the lats set it off but I was completely fu*ked by that stage anyway, I know this will sound cocky as but this workout gives me the craziest pumps and fullness that I can actually catch myself in the mirror and think I look big, that probably just sounds bigheaded but for me I'm constantly in the head space that I'm always feeling skinny or looking skinny and it takes a lot to change that frame of mind. And when I get randoms at the gym coming up asking for advice it's hard not to let it go to your head. Anyway puts me in a great mood and I can't wait to hit it again, I'll have a rest day tomorrow cause work has screwed me up but it was due anyway, I'll be back Tuesday to smash quads
 
Cheers man, yeah my main reason for adding EQ would be for the extra appetite increase

I don't get much appetite increase from eq just very vascular, like veins you never new existed lol
And yeah I've had the alcohol sting before but it's like pip, you just carry on....

Nothing big headed about that bro, we all have bigorexia to some degree or another so that wonderful moment when we actually feel big should be savored hahaha just dont run around the gym doing front double bicep in the mirrors infront of everyone haha

Day 65

Had a rest day yesterday because of work, tonight I trained quads for near two hours haha, stayed away from conventional squats tonight and mixed it up with leg presses and a heap of machine work, hack squats and all sorts of shit. Absolutely blew em out I could hardly walk when I got outta my car at home, just pinned a tren shot in the delt and I've decided to up the dose to 150mg per shot, only got a couple of weeks left so I'll see how it goes. I think the Anavar is going pretty strong now also, the pumps I get are crazy and even just at home I can flex a muscle a few times and pump it up haha, anyway off to bed will post 2moz
 
Day 66

Got up for a dawn session this morning cause I had to work mid morning, the quads were on fire from yesterday, I remember waking up a fair few times cause they kept cramping when I'd stretch out, had some full on sweating going on too, anyway went for an early back session which was actually pretty solid, I normally like training after a couple of meals because I just have more energy and fuel I spose but today was just a quick protein shake before I trained and it was nearly one of my best workouts, lat pumps are starting to annoy me just cause they come so easily, only takes a few reps and they fill up that much I can barley move the weight haha

Gunna train shoulders and arms in the morning then I'll post up abit more about my final few weeks

Day 70

Missed the last couple of days due to my head being all over the place, I now know what people mean when they say watch the mental sides on tren, I've been at 450mg per week for a few weeks now but the last week it's been more like 550mg a week and it's messing me up, I've got a missus that I've been with for 5 years but at the moment she's the last thing I want and I've had another girl talking to me that's fully taken over my mind. Outside of that if I'm not talking to her or training I feel like shit, hard to explain but it's like I'm numb to everything and everyone else and just couldn't give a fuck, so in saying that I'll be dropping it back to 350mg for the final week and abit, and hopefully I get my mind right cause I'm not one to play up on my missus but that's all I wanna do atm.

Anyway aside from all that shit my training is still intense and I've been going harder then ever, trained hams on Friday, did an arm session sat which was actually unreal, I don't usually bother singleing them out and today trained chest which was up there with the best sessions I've done, pumps and fullness are just ridiculous.
Also got my bodyfat done again and I came in at 5.8%
 
That's definitely tren... Lol... Now take my advice, make sure you make right with the misses.. Your don't want feel guilty about that. I know first hand.. On tren I literally contemplate sound really messed up things. Gotta be aware... Cheers bud

Yeah cheers bro I'm fully aware that I'm not thinking normal but it doesn't help when you've got the confidence boost from the gear and a young chic all over me, I know what's right though so I'll hold it together.
 
Cheers bro been absolutely stoked with it, haven't had any issues worth mentioning until the last couple of days where the mental sides have got me and also I forgot to mention sleep is getting a lot worse so it's definitely time to back it off and enjoy the last couple of weeks

Had a good day today mind was abit clearer and just keen on training, not long got back from training quads and absolutely nailed them, just done an injection but kept the tren at 100mg so that's back to 350mg per week, had a chat to a few fellas on here about the mental sides which helped a lot, gotta stay focused on the main goal and finish this cycle as strong as I can. Dreams have been pretty wild when I sleep long enough to have them, last few nights I've been averaging about 5 hours then I wake up early as and I'm ready to start the day with my mind fully active, usually about 4 am. Overall still loving the cycle just gotta keep the mind focused and forget about women haha

Day 73

Sorry been abit slack getting on here with everything going on, had a good shoulder session yesterday and smashed hammies this morning, been going mad on the hams lately and increasing numbers each workout getting them real strong compared to off cycle, I've stopped the tren now as it was playing with my head to much, only had 2 more injections of it but I don't need to bother with it, will just continue my test e for the rest of this week and next week then she's all over.
 
Day 76

Been busy at work the last couple of days had to do nights so didn't get round to updating this, had a rest day on thurs and trained chest yesterday and back today. Pumps and fullness when I train are crazy, really think the anavar is doing its job as I'm getting that really hard look to my muscles. Gunna hit quads in the morning, overall things are going well only a week left
 
Day 77

Trained quads this morning with a huge amount of volume, squats, hack squats, leg press, all sorts of shit with no reps under 10, mainly hitting 15-20 each set going as heavy as possible. Gunna train shoulders tomorrow and that will mark the one week left point, not keen for it to end but the mind could definitely do with a break. Will post then
 
Never fear the end bro, the training and results keep coming. The mind is a muscle too and it needs resting also
 
Day 79

Missed yesterday as I've been working nights, had a good shoulder session and today smashed hams, I dunno if having the tren in me was helping recovery time more then just test alone would but the last couple of days I've been sore as shit, the anavar is changing my physique more then the tren I think, everyday I'm more vascular and harder looking, oils finish this thurs then run the Var for another two weeks before pct starts
 
Esters dropping off plus var is in full swing to take over so it can be expected for some, keep it up and transfer the frustration to power in the gym to get that extra rep in
 
Day 80

Had a good back session today still putting up some decent weight but more so just pumping out the reps at higher weights, gunna have a rest day tomorrow and hit chest on Friday with the big Luke Schembri, he's coming to the gym for some seminar or something so doing a one on one sesh with him, gunna be insane
 
Day 83

Sorry I've been abit slack with my posting on here, I rested thurs and trained chest with ifbb pro big Schembri Friday morning, was an unreal experience just the amount of knowledge and tips I got from him, I don't think we went over 50kg on anything and it's the biggest pump I've ever had, just got back from a quad session this morning and decided to mow the lawns, not a good idea haha, quads are fried. Anyway I'll be resting again tomorrow because of work but I'll post up Monday after training. Last injection was Thursday night too so just cruising on the Anavar for the next two weeks than its recovery time
 
Day 85

Had a rest yesterday because of working away but hit shoulders this morning with some good intensity and finished with calves and forearms, pumps are still crazy and I can get my muscles full off the first set. Gunna train back tomorrow will post then
 
Day 86

Big back session today went heavy as possible on compounds and finished with 100 wide grip pull ups, just busting out as many as possible per set till we hit 100. The hardness in my physique now is just mental, anavar is really working magic, I thought I was lean on tren this is now crazy haha, anyway will post 2moz after chest and hams
 
Day 88

Sorry fellas been heaps busy lately got plenty going on and forget to post, I trained chest yesterday doing the same techniques we did the other week using mind muscle connection, the pump from that workout is crazy, was gunna do hams with it but it's just too much for one workout.
Trained quads today, still putting up some decent weight for reps considering most of the oils have cleared the system, just running anavar now at 50mg a day for the rest of this week and next week then it's into recovery mode
