2 years off and now cycling

it's been about 2 years since i last lifted. my jammer workouts are going great but my shoulder literally slips out from underneath the bar but i think im getting stronger and stronger
now i started a deca durabolin and cardarine cycle, good for joints it seems
do i need to add n2guard?
 
Always use n2guard No matter what you're cycling...

I hope that's sarms1 cardarine!! ;)

You could also add ostarine/s4 which will help the healing process

ahh with deca you would want to use tes as well....guessing your aware of that tho.


my shoulders are totally fuct. Like i really really have to take it easy and cant do about 50% of shoulder excersises......be careful when coming back with it. Do light work and slowly build up the tissue there until your ready for some weight. Out of all my injuires from 14yrs of hi level hockey.......my shoulders are the worst and keep me from pushing/pressing/lifting big weight.

osta would be great on the joints. I take about 8-10 fish oils a day or aboue 3-4 krill oils a day too.
 
B careful bro nothing like starting up to fast and hard and setting urself back further. B careful!
 
Yes my bro the decca durabolin is going to help you a lot, and change all your shoulder routing too,do light weigh that what i did with my shoulder injury
