A friend of mine who has been on TRT for the past 3 years was given this from his endo.

He gets a new one every 4 months. Brought his total T up to 1167 in about 6 weeks.

I was under the assumption this was only for cattle.

This has been around awhile, but most Doctor's don't use it.
There's still a lot of Doctors that like to get you in more often, it's more money for them............................................................... JP

Right this makes sense. His old endo didnt want him self injecting at first. wanted him to come in every week. finally gave in and let him do it himself.

Ever seen this available from UGLs?
 
Yeah, I had them put in 8 wks ago. I just had labs done yesterday and waiting on results. Doc put 2800mg in my butt cheek. From what Ive read that is a lot!
 
It was a small incision and they put the pellets in through something that looks like a metal straw. Bruised for 2-3 days and had no complications. They also injected lidocaine first.
 
I don't see the point in using pellets when you can get the much more convenient injections. The article was interesting though, thanks for sharing.
 
look for a doctor that will cater to your needs not the other way around.

its amazing how we search for the best deals on cars but when it comes to doctors we don't pick the ones that is the best fit .. I think people just are too trusting of doctors. I would say 90% of doctors are idiots that I have run into over the years. so you gotta look hard for a good one
 
Ive seen it and heard of it. That's not a commonly prescribed drug at all.... Very odd that he got that. I would suggest he seek out a new doctor.
 
Whether you use the pellets or injections deliver method - it is essentially the same thing. Just two different ways to get the same result.

I personally don't like the thought of something being inserted into me and would rather stick with injections.

The pellets would be a good option for someone who is frequently travelling for work and can't stick to a regular injection schedule.
 
That's pretty good total T levels but I feel like the gels/patches and that shit have a lot of hidden side effects.. I'd rather inject the real thing feel me
 
I received my blood work results yesterday from the pellets. 8 wks in and my test was 719. Not bad for normal levels.
