So.... Let me start by saying hello to everyone. I have truly benefited from this group and appreciate everything it has done for me. Almost every question I've had has been answered just by lurking through this site. Many nights losing sleep because I'm reading post after post. I don't talk to co-workers or many people about any supplements that I take so its nice to be in an open environment and speak freely. Thanks for helping a brother out.
I hope I can be a larger part of this group in the future, I have only 2 cycles under my belt so I don't plan on trying to throwing any "IMO's" around. I just want to continue to learn and be able to ask a few more questions about cycles I'm planning.
A little about me... Always a bigger guy but athletic. I ran sprints in track and threw shot and disc, not a common combo. I remember sprinting from the field events to make the running events just in time. Also a fullback on the football field and outfielder on the baseball team... In my 20s and early 30s I was in party mode, drank way to much and ate like shit. Boom! I wake up 275lbs. Sick at the sight of it went on a hardcore diet and dropped to 210 in less than a year. I didn't look good at that weight, looked soft and no muscle definition so I hit the gym full force. That was 5 years ago, and since then I've added a ton of muscle but also some of the fat came back as well. I'm 37 and currently over 15%bf but under 20%bf and 245lbs 6ft tall. I'm ready to get rid of this stubborn body fat, I have 2 test e only cycles under my belt and I'm planning my next cycle which will be a cutting cycle.
I may not be one to post multiple times a week but I will be in here daily reading up. See you guys around. X8upX
