I take GW 50 I YohimFlame and N2-burn
For two weeks and my diet menu I 25 g carbohydrate every day and I do an hour cardio
And going to the gym, 4 and 5 twice a week
And there is no progress for two weeks
What to do?

Have you tried a carb up or refeed? You're in ketosis bro. Your metabolism is slowing to a halt most likely. Also, (dare i ask), what is your calorie intake and stats

About 1238 calories
I weigh 89.5 pounds
Height of 77 meters
14.8 percent from the value
And carbohydrate loading I do about once a week

What do you mean by progression. What are your goals? Besides to starve to death

89 lbs? Is that a typo?

At 1200 cals, you're eating less than a woman needs to deficit for fat loss. Are you a female? If Not, that's pretty unhealthy and it's no wonder your fat loss has stalled... You've stalled out your metabolism by not eating enough! You're in muscle wasting mode, not fat loss mode

I'm a man
Maybe I'm wrong calculation, it is my menu:
Morning; Egg 250g cottage percent and one vegetable
Two: the 100 grams of chicken breast and two vegetables
Lunch; 100g chicken breast two slices of bread and two vegetables
Or two more cans of tuna in water and two tablespoon of olive oil, vegetables
Evening; Cottage 250 g fat percentage and two slices of bread and a spoon of olive oil
Two more or 250g cottage 1 percent fat

77 meters?

get your calculations right and post up accurate information or you won't get help

if you are a skinny twig what exactly did you expect to happen? you to look like you just walked out of Auschwitz?

this is the reason we tell guys to learn how to train and diet before running compounds

What excactly is your goal? My body would be in starvation mode at 1200cal. Even when cutting i eat 2500 cal and just up my cardio

You can't be over 200' tall and under 90 lbs. come on bro. We really want to help you.

I get the impression that english is not your native language. Nothing wrong with that but it can make communication a little rough.

Would you repeat your weight, height and age please?

At 1200 calories your body will hold fat rather than burn it. Its called starvation bro. Your body knows how to keep itself alive. Even if you were on maintainence calories an hour of cardio a day will burn off the excess fat ..you need to feed your muscle and fuel your workouts.

Calories in and calories out. I'm 6'2" working my way up to 165lbs and I eat constantly but I also work out and do mainly cardio every single day. If your going to be working out consistently you gotta eat. I take protein almost every hour I am awake until I go to bed and that is on top of meals and snaking in between. If your trying to lean out cause you want to lose fat its real simple. Calories in then calories out. What ever you take in your body count the calories and exercise consistently. Cycling, running, jump rope, go take a kickboxing class but do it in every spare minuet you can. Taking GW or anything else for that matter will have no effect on you unless you want to work. If you don't want to work then count your calories. To me counting calories is not me forte so I just eat and burn them up. Experiment and find out what works for you.

Just got my Osta and GW in! From the looks of it brother you just need to work man. Work until you drop. You know that feeling where your heart is about to come out of your chest, and you can taste a little blood in the back of your mouth. Do that over and over again and when you think your done, dig a little deeper. Then you will feel like you are not cheating yourself out of anything.

I just want to bump this because it's your #1 problem. As dstrong, myself and others in this thread have already mentioned, your problem is food. You're starving yourself and your metabolism has come to an abrupt halt. You have succeeded in telling your body to hold the fat rather than burn it. EAT MORE FOOD. Lift weights, do cardio, eat some food.

Ok my menu is:
Breakfast: 250 grams of cottage percent fat, egg and vegetable
Two: the 100 grams of chicken breast and two vegetables
Lunch: 100 g chicken breast and two slices of bread and two vegetables
Two: the cans of tuna in water, a tablespoon of oil cock and two vegetables
Evening: 250 g cottage percent, two slices of bread and a spoon of olive oil
Manifestations: 250 g cottage percent.

Now you tell me please add?

Make it add up to around the 2300-2700 calorie range and do cardio. Please, whatever you do, do not eat oily cock! Lol

yes, raise your pulse think endurance. Lift weights until you can barely lift your arm or lift your leg. Then got eat - you got to eat if you want to grow. You can't turn fat into muscle but you can workout, do cardio burn the fat off and build the muscle up.

Thank God I will never have to know a cutting cycle!

I do toning

Yes. As stated above. Get your calories at maintainace level. Then do hiit cardio. Youll burn calories and bf. But bro its important to fuel your body not starve it. Wind sprints till your chest implodes. Burpees. Lifting weights will also burn calories. But if your not feeding your body it will hold onto the bf rather than burn it. I suggest high protien ,moderate carbs, low to moderate healthy fats for diet.
Chicken
fish
eggs
fruit
nuts
veggies
red meat sparingly
lots of water
oats

I dont eat red meat, but utilize all the above plus 1% fat cottage cheese and greek yougurt(plain)

Use this web site to calculate you should be eating, and how much protein, fat and carbs. http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/

From there you should be able to put together your own meal plans. I don't see how you've been living off 1200 calories a day. You must be feeling like garbage...that's barely enough calories for me let alone a guy of your height and weight (I'm a woman).

i try to limit my dairy intake......bloats me up

Milk does that to me, cottage cheese doesn't though. Cassein powder has the good parts of milk/cottage cheese w/out the lactose bloat. It's not a whole food, but you can add it to a whole food smoothie for extra protein.

Man, this is too funny - I was just about to post in another thread, asking if anybody else gets that "blood in the back of your mouth" taste when working hard. I'm very happy to see it's not just me. I was a bit concerned. Anybody know what that's all about?

Iron. Maybe

Iron. Maybe

Yes, specifically iron from the hemoglobin. here is why
When you are overexerting yourself, fluid builds in the lungs where some of the excess red blood cells can accumulate and be transported to the mouth via mucus. Our tongues carry receptors that respond to iron (Fe) by sending a signal to our brains that we sense as a “metallic taste.” Thus we taste iron or "blood".

It's actually almost like slight heart failure...more specific cor pulmonale (right heart failure to be exact).

Wow, EER, thanks for the thorough info! That's why I love these forums. So, if it's like slight heart failure, is it cause for concern when you taste blood? I experience it when I do HIIT cardio, hitting 90-95% of my MHR...

Hahaha, no it's natural. I mean unless you have edema (fluid build up in feet) during the day or pulmonary hypertension. You have to understand "heart failure" is just a name for the heart "under pumping". It's not a myocardial infarct (heart attack) or anything. Now that would be life threatening.

A little late
But I have to raise my calories because of the GW50?

Not because of the gw. When you dont take in enough calories your body switches to fat storing mode (catabolism) which makes your body burn muscle for energy instead of fat. When you eat at just below your total daily expenditure(TDE) your body burns fat and if you take in enough protein it holds most of your muscle intact. If you starve yourself your body will eat muscle!

Sorry but I made a mistake in calculating
I take in 1800 calories a little more about
Which proteins: 224

Are you saying that you only 'taste' like there is blood due to the iron, or, is there actually blood in the back of your throat?

Taste only - I've spit when I tasted it just so I could see if there was blood present, but there never is. Only the taste of iron...

Hahah you guys really went to town with my comment. Thanks EER for breaking it down. I have always equated the iron taste to the moments when I have pushed my body beyond what I believed its capabilities are. That being said I experienced this as a young man and sometimes during hard efforts or racing I experience it but nothing that would lead me to seek medical attention.

I was just happy to hear somebody else experiencing that "bloody" taste during/after exertion! After smoking cigs for 20+ years I was always concerned when I tasted that after a hard work out. Love this forum and the wealth of knowledge you brothers bring to the table. Thank you, everyone...
