At 1200 calories your body will hold fat rather than burn it. Its called starvation bro. Your body knows how to keep itself alive. Even if you were on maintainence calories an hour of cardio a day will burn off the excess fat ..you need to feed your muscle and fuel your workouts.

Breakfast: 250 grams of cottage percent fat, egg and vegetable
Two: the 100 grams of chicken breast and two vegetables
Lunch: 100 g chicken breast and two slices of bread and two vegetables
Two: the cans of tuna in water, a tablespoon of oil cock and two vegetables
Evening: 250 g cottage percent, two slices of bread and a spoon of olive oil

yes, raise your pulse think endurance. Lift weights until you can barely lift your arm or lift your leg. Then got eat - you got to eat if you want to grow. You can't turn fat into muscle but you can workout, do cardio burn the fat off and build the muscle up.

Yes. As stated above. Get your calories at maintainace level. Then do hiit cardio. Youll burn calories and bf. But bro its important to fuel your body not starve it. Wind sprints till your chest implodes. Burpees. Lifting weights will also burn calories. But if your not feeding your body it will hold onto the bf rather than burn it. I suggest high protien ,moderate carbs, low to moderate healthy fats for diet.

You know that feeling where your heart is about to come out of your chest, and you can taste a little blood in the back of your mouth. Do that over and over again and when you think your done, dig a little deeper. Then you will feel like you are not cheating yourself out of anything.
