I received my package from Robo on this past Saturday. Wife let me know,so I asked her to check to see if therer were one or two vials in the package. She sent a pic back showing one vial and said that was all that was in there. Robo had told me things were hectic cause of the WU/MG situation happening when I ordered and said he was sending me an extra vial for the hassles of calling them twice, then having to go and get a refund and redoing it with MG. He said he wasn't sure if it was in the package or not cause it was already made up to go out but to just let him know and he would send the other one out ASAP. I sent him an email around 10:35AM on Saturday. He replied that the second vial was being shipped out immediately. I received it this morning, sent from damn near across country, and the USPS is closed Sunday!!
That is crazy...that is going above and beyond for the customer, and the whole situation wasn't even his fault with WU. But not only did he offer free product when he didn't have to, the man shipped it out immediately on a Saturday and it got here on a Monday...I'd be lucky to get that type of service from a company, let alone a UGL...
Granted I haven't used the product yet, but it looks beautiful(like the other pics have shown), and from all the other rave reviews he gets, am expecting to be more than satisfied.
Just wanted to let everyone know that service wise, nobody can touch Robo, IMHO. I'm not just talking about gear, I'm talking about regardless of what industry you are talking about. Quite possibly the best customer service I've ever experienced, anywhere. Definitely has a loyal customer as long as the product lives up to its billing, and I have no reason to suspect it won't...
