Lol. What dosage would you guys like me to run winny at? Keep in mind its for 8 weeks straight. And should i always be this hungry?? I dropped carbs to around 180 everyday and im still hungry after almost every meal. Should i just deal with it or eat more complex carbs?

keep in mind 180 is still far to high. you have to get used to it though. Couple things that will help you.....
High fiber bases.
Adding red mill potato starch to your shakes.
red meat
sugar free jello
vegitables of course
salads
stimulants will also fight off hunger a little bit. Pre workout always helped me
protien pudding.
almonds
This is the hardest part for sure. Dont act like complex carbs are an alternative cause they are not. Get carbs out of your head all together. Healthy fats help as well. Do you know the difference in macronutrient function and why fats are a better choice????
here is why. your body will burn fat even while you sleep however carbohydrates will not. you need to be able to burn the carbs off even in minimal intake.
your winny dose. honestly my girl would take what your using. Id say bump to at the very least 50. and go up from there is you can. 8 weeks is not bad at all. just use your liver supports of course. The thing o worry about is the joint issues with winny. you need to take some sort of joint support or you will fuuuuuuck yo self up.
I started to struggle bad with this but powered through. you have it much easier cause i was running a crap ton of steroids. one of them being tren wich made me want to eat constantly.
Telling you man get away from the damn carbohydrates. its not possible to do what your wanting to do with that high of intake. im not new to this. I've prepped countless times with buddies and for fun. My last being more serious obviously cause I got down to 218 but point is nooooobody in contest prep considers 180g of carbs low. fuck thats more than i would eat on a high carb day.
The diet is what separates the men from the boys. anyone can grow some muscle and look big. diet takes true will power and a true fight against your body. This has not even begun for you. Welcome to the fun.
