I am not on any cycle at all at the moment but I plan to run a Test E/Winny/Deca cycle within the next few months. I wanna see what everyone else thinks about my diet. Always best to have more people analyze it .

3 eggs, 1 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup of apple juice, 1 shot of apple cider vinigar

Cup of cooked quinoa, 1 cup of veggies, 8oz chicken

Cup of cooked quinoa, 16oz chicken

1.5 Cups white rice, 1 cups egg whites, 1 shot of apple cider vinigar
Meal 5 (0600) Cal:690 F:29.5g C:40g P:75g
Protein shake
8oz Steak, 1.5 cup of veggies, Homemade carb shake (Blended yams, sweat potato, blue berrys and oatmeal)
Meal 6 (0700) Cal:294 F:20g C:1.5g P:25g
4 eggs
Meal 7 (0800) Cal:110 F:0g C:7g P:19g
siggi's (Icelandic-style yogurt), 1 shot of apple cider vinigar
