I am not on any cycle at all at the moment but I plan to run a Test E/Winny/Deca cycle within the next few months. I wanna see what everyone else thinks about my diet. Always best to have more people analyze it .:D

What are your stats and what are your goals?

Food choices look good. Only thing I might change is the cup of apple juice, you could probably get a better source of quick carbs: maybe a bagel or something. But it's not a huge deal either way.

197lb at 5'7 and 10-11% BF. My current goal is to keep a slow weight gain.

You're a good size bro and good macro ratios. Just make sure to keep it interesting with seasonings and different meats such as fish, beef, and turkey. Nice job though!

This diet looks really good, especially for your goals. Therefore, you are good to go. Let's see what @muskate can add to this diet, as he is a real specialist in these issues.

pretty standard bodybuilder diet. the question is do you really eat that everyday or are you like most people who do it 2-3X per week but the other days eat like a normal American lol

i'm sure with your stats you are very consistent

Diet looks really good. Some suggestions:

Meal 1 (0400) Cal:630 F:17.4g C:58.6 P:49.5g
3 eggs, 1 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup of apple juice, 1 shot of apple cider vinigar
On meal 1 sup the cup of apple juice for a piece of whole fruit such as an apple, grapefruit, banana etc. Juice will cause an insulin spike because the fibre is removed.

Meal 2 (1000) Cal:471 F:6.4g C:39.4g P:60.1g
Cup of cooked quinoa, 1 cup of veggies, 8oz chicken
Meal 3 (1200) Cal:721 F:9.2 C:39.4g P:112.8g
Cup of cooked quinoa, 16oz chicken
16oz of chicken is too much for one meal. Reduce it to 8-10oz and increase your quinoa to 1.5-2 cups. Add in a healthy fat source such as coconut oil if you aren't going to eat again for 4 hours.
Meal 4 (0400) (Pre workout) Cal:489 F:1g C:81.6 P:33.1g
1.5 Cups white rice, 1 cups egg whites, 1 shot of apple cider vinigar
Increase the egg whites to 1.5-2 cups
Meal 5 (0600) Cal:690 F:29.5g C:40g P:75g
Protein shake
8oz Steak, 1.5 cup of veggies, Homemade carb shake (Blended yams, sweat potato, blue berrys and oatmeal)
Meal 6 (0700) Cal:294 F:20g C:1.5g P:25g
4 eggs
Add in some vegetables
Meal 7 (0800) Cal:110 F:0g C:7g P:19g
siggi's (Icelandic-style yogurt), 1 shot of apple cider vinigar
Add in a scoop of whey isolate or casein protein powder

If you are looking for a whey isolate powder. I recommend the new coffee espresso flavoured isolation from n2bm.com 5 pounds for $44.99. You can't beat that price.

Looks much better. I would possibly swap 8oz of chicken in meals 2 or 3 for 8-10oz of a wild caught fish but besides that your diet looks really well laid out and planned out to me.

Weigh yourself, take measurements and take photos first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything. Follow the diet you have listed for a week and then weigh yourself, take measurements and photos again. See how your weight changed, how you look etc and then decide whether you want to increase/decrease calories.

Just by going off of your stats and goals, the diet you have outlined looks pretty much perfect.

I really want to bring fish to work but i fear it may go bad or smell to strong lol.

Looks pretty solid man, could lower that fat if you want but all depends on the sources really, it's well rounded and balanced, I'd like to see a few more greens
