I have been running a just anavar cycle by itself, what do I need for PCT and where do I get it? Looking for a proper pct to recover.

Yea unfortunately, you may seem fine now but it wont sneak up till weeks later.... not anavar specifically but all AS in general when you have a built up stock of long lasting hormones and esters.......

always have pct on hand before starting a cycle. you don't just hop on cycle and then try to figure out what to do.

I agree 100%. If there is a reason you have to stop early or your PCT items don't make it in time your risking issues. Best to always get it the same time as the rest of your cycle

Plan ahead.. The amount of times I've heard omg I have no pct, what do I do! Prior preparation!

bro no...nolvadren is bunk...use regular nolvadex...
