I would like to begin thanking Dylan and Sarms1 for the opportunity to log S4. I am at the moment beginning this log today to see how long it will take to receive said shipment, in an effort to give the members here a better understanding of the duration it takes from this new company, Sarms1.

Look for me to log daily here once package arrives. I will give an informative insight into my sleeping, training, and eating patterns. Also will be acknowledging how I am feeling both physically and mentally.

My sights are set to judge objectively how the implementation of S4 affects me overall.

I will also be providing a meal from time to time, which will include ingredients and steps necessary for completion.

Having worn both uniforms, USMC and FOP, I find myself to be quite motivating. So I hope you come aboard and join me for the ride.

Good Morning,

Sat down with a cup of coffee with a lot of noise in the background, all kids home for the day due to elections. Broke out my package and I could hear and feel something shaking around in there. I was hoping all was good inside. Thankfully the bottle was wrapped up nice and tight with bubble wrap, although I think many would like an additional something or other to stabilize the contents during shipping.

Nice work with the bubble wrap, that shit was not coming off without some assistance! Plastic seal around dropper, great to see. Shows that there has been no tampering. I was expecting to see a bit more professional labeling, however the bottle bolstered what appeared to me as a sticky label that had been printer by ur typical home printer.

Well let's bust thing open! Typical dark colored bottle to protect contents. Well I have not had S4 come in the color GREEN. When it comes to taste, I can't place it at the moment, but it definitely stronger than other s4. There is an instant burn almost in the same manner as scope mouthwash.

My current stats are as follows.

Nearing 41 yrs old in less than 60 days
Between 6' and 6'1"
215lbs
Do not have atm a BF% to provide, I am neither out of shape however I think everyone would agree I could be in better shape.
I am personally not trying to reduce calories in an effort to shed BF, rather my intentions are to increase my strength thicken up quite a bit without adding excess BF.

Competition is a bitch, Sarms1 is bringing the heat from what the word on the street! I am chomping at the bit to get knee deep into this.

I promise u that I will be after it everyday! It's is the only way to verify and confirm the potency of S4 that Sarms1 is providing.

I was not planning on putting a pic up due to the fact I have literally taken nearly 8 weeks off from lifting. I blow up pretty damn fast and do not want to give anyone the misconception that the S4 was responsible. I am looking for the S4 to act quickly and harden me up faster than a previously used brand, hoping for 1-2 days tops!
 
Having only ever used Dieselbolanv2, I can not really compare it to much of anything. Going back along ways now mind u, I can remember a supplement named V2G(vanadyl sulfate), I believe by Sports Pharma or EAS, anyway both were good. That was early 90's. Always had a crazy pump going on when using it.

Long story short, I went into the gym this morning and had what I thought was a loosely fitting sweatshirt on. It did not take long for me to feel as if I had never taken time off. My weights may have not have been up, but the pump I received was what I needed. By the time I was through it was on, my sweatshirt no longer felt loose!!!!
 
So if any of u don't know, my ankle is less than cooperative when it comes to training my lower body. Where it literally limits my mobility and activity for the day or 2 that follow. Irregardless, I planned on taking it easy and hit up some FASTED Cardio this morning. I started off nice slow on an elliptical warming up thoroughly. Well I hit my target of 25 minutes which is not alot for some but for me enough at the moment.

Can not wait to eat and suck down some water. Training tomorrow, here I come!!

From all the talk here as of late, if anyone is not running sarms1 products atm, I high suggest you do so. As u see here, I am only utilizing s4 from sarms1. I have only 3 workouts and 1 cardio session completed since starting back up from my break, and good god damn! I feel like a tank. The hardness is euphoric in nature for me, I love it. Vascularity is not to far behind as I noticed last night as some of my veins were looking as though they were sitting atop my skin. I said to myself, oh shit here we go!



I dose accordingly 25mg. twice a day.



Made tilapia seasoned with a bit of creole, topped it off with some fresh mango salsa/salad. A side of brown rice rounded out an early am meal.



I am leaning toward cardio again for the weekend. It would be excellent to see what I could achieve with the implementation.
 
Busted out 25 minutes on the elliptical and then transitioned right over to the treadmill for an additional 20 minutes. Using intervals, I had to say, I put it all out there in lieu of the Marine Corps Birthday today. Ankle please find it in ur heart to forgive me.

Hell yeah man. I did a killer workout on Memorial Day but it's still nothing compared to what our countrymen have fought and died for to let us enjoy basic freedoms. Are you still having trouble with your ankle I take it???

I was a running machine when I was in the corps. I have lost the ability to do a great many things. My career, wrestling, and chasing after my young kids when they tell me no!!!, haha. Well I am no longer playing the pity me party. I am going to do my best to do what the others including doctors told me couldn't be done. i would love nothing more than to break out into a full on sprint. For me that use to be so intoxicating. There has and will be days that my ankle dictates my activities, just hope they are few and far between. Won't be the first time i have hobbled the day following a workout.

That site will change how you view injuries and muscular problems. I'll help you as much as I can too I've learned a lot watching the countless videos that are on there for free. They pretty much explain every possible physical ailment you will ever encounter. To get back to topic, keep up the good work, sir and thank you again for serving our country!

I think you will be able to eventually it just might take awhile as you mentioned. What were your injuries if you don't mind me asking?
 
Hopefully when you throw the ostarine into the mix, you'll find some relief for your ankle

Outside of some discomfort, I hit the gym this morning working bis, forearms, and legs. Arms are responding without a doubt. Vascularity has increased, thank u S4!



Cooked 5lbs of boneless chicken in the crockpot yesterday with a 23oz bottle of Frank's Buffalo sauce and 6 tbs of light unsalted butter for approx 5 hours. The chicken became so tender I was able to shed it with 2 forks easily. I will take that out of the fridge and set it atop some romaine.

Forgot to mention on low setting. If ur short on time lighty hit both side of raw chicken in pan, just enough for a quick sear than cook high for 3 hrs instead.



I will again try to duplicate yesterday's cardio for tomorrow.

I am not going to lie, I didn't think I would do cardio today. My ankle was feeling quite a bit off. I made the decision anyway to feel it out. Somewhere during my music I lost myself on the elliptical and the discomfort subsided. So I charged on.



Last meal last night was around 8pm, and then I prepared something for a quick fix for later time.



1/4 cup natural pb mixed with 2 tbs of greek or lowfat yogurt( I prefer greek) then I applied it to 2 whole wheat wraps. Slice up a ripe banana in a bowl. Hit the banana with 2 tsp of honey. Spread evenly between the 2 wraps. I picked up some honey- crunch wheat germ to shake slightly over wraps and put a pinch of cinnamon on both. Wrapped and bagged them, makes 2 servings.

It is a leftover favorite from the flat belly recipe book my wife used 2 years ago. Be mindful it hits with 50grams carbs to nearly 15 grams of protein per serving in the vicinity of 390 cals. My kids enjoyed them as well.
 
Solid workout yesterday. A toned down version of DC. Cardio today was awesome. Although I went into limp mode shortly thereafter. All of a sudden I felt as if I had a sprain. Shins are on fire as well. Serves me right trying to run for the first time in 8 years. I just need to rest and regroup.

Might have to build up your tibialis anterior before running, sir. Duck walk has always helped me with that.

DC training is legit. I've tried it but I have a hard time following programs and sticking to them. Get some rest bro, don't push yourself too hard.

Last night while my daughter attended gymnastics I put in a 1/2 hour of cardio.

Put in a full hour this morning.

Cooking to load the fridge at the moment, but looking forward to tomorrow for another workout!!!

Having an absolute blast at the gym as of late. Cranking out the workouts as well as the cardio sessions that I am now thoroughly enjoying!

Been easily getting 8 hours of sleep a night. Not eating after 8pm every evening has been consistent for sometime now.

Take a whole wheat wrap 8-10", 1tablespoon of canola mayo and mix it with 2 teaspoons of jalapeño jelly. Spread evenly on wrap and top with 2-4 ounces of cooked boneless chicken. Add a couple pieces of romaine and enjoy!!!
 
Well I have reached the end of this Sarms1 S4 log.

Not much to say that hasn't already been covered so many times by so many people.

Having only been dosing S4 @ 25mg 2x a day for 4 weeks, I can say without a doubt, that S4 delivers!!!

The muscle hardening along with the increased vascularity continues be my favorites. Of course with some manipulation of one's caloric intake, S4 will make an even greater impression on you.

I made the jump back into cardio after a good long layoff. Takes me about 2 days to recover, but for the most part my ankle is cooperating at the moment.

I would like to remind everyone that S4 was all that I used, and that I can whole heartedly recommend it. Having not been clouded by any other compounds.

Read up on the sarms available, do not discount them or their abilities to help you reach your goals. You will not be disappointed!
