Hello everyone... I would like to hear what ever has to say in regards to what are the essential supplements we must have in our diet I.E amino acids ect.....

Multi-Vitamins,weight gainers, linolenic and linoleic acids, Creatine, Protein.

If you don't get enough magnesium and zinc then take more of it.

The biggest factor in determining your success (or lack there of) with your physique and fitness goals is going to be your diet and training. Stick with the 'bread and butter' supplements:
1. A high quality protein powder

2. A fish oil
http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/H...ll-TS-p91.html
3. A high quality multivitamin
http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/H...s-3D-p311.html
4. Creatine
http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/P...ngth-p273.html

You could add a BCAA supplement to the above list but it isn't required. http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/P...GEAR-p149.html

A good natural testosterone booster would be a good addition as well, if budget permits: http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/Cycle-Support/HCGenerate-ES-p238.html

Stick to the basics. A proper diet, HARD training and consistency is what is going to give you the results you are after. Not some fancy pre-workout drink.

These are the classics to go to, which will never be outdated. But in any case, diet and training will be crucial, because even with sterois you won't get results if you don't follow a stringent diet and exercising regimen.
