How do my breakfasts look like for a bodybuilder?

I am trying to add variety to my breakfasts, and was thinking of getting some cereals or mueslyes from time to time. Do you think they would fit into a clean diet of someone on cycle? At the moment most of my breakfasts are oatmeals, eggs, and some meat.

U could make an "oatmeal-mozzarella.shredded.cheese-eggwhites" omelet if u are not dairy intolerant. It is delicious. But if u have doubts, sometimes in bodybuilding . com they give some ideas for preparing breakfast.

You can always sweeten your oatmeal with stevia or add some honey. Another thing to do is add fresh fruit for more flavor. It would depend on the cereal but most will have tons of sugar and garbage in them.

This is what I would do:

Buy a high quality blender and blend together the following:
2 scoops of a high quality protein powder such as wheytobuildmuscle from n2bm.com
http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/P...scle-p290.html
oatmeal
natural almond butter or peanut butter
frozen fruit
banana
ice
chia/flax seeds
spinach/kale

You can easily make the shake 800-1000 calories and drink 1/2 for breakfast and 1/2 after your workout

Here are a few tricks ive used and my kiddos use currently....

Oats
Add.....a few coconut flakes, banana, blueberries, walnut flakes etc

Make oat/egg white pancakes...add sugar free syrup

Cereal is so freaking good and I often crave it...is loaded with sugar. Rice krispie cereal with almond milk?

If I'm late I will eat a bowl of cheerios with some stevia or even grapnuts flakes. Typically once a week when I need to get out the door and I top it off with a protein shake. Alot of cereal has a ton of sugar and sodium so I would be careful

cereal is a killer. you are looking at 300 calories on average for a bowl of cereal with milk. if its very sugary cereal its even higher.

you could eat almost 4 whole eggs and get the same calories, and those have a ton of good stuff in them like omega's and protein we need.

so its all about choices you make. personally nothing beats some scrambled eggs with guacamole for breakfast.. tons of omega's!!

I don't see anything criminal in your type of breakfasts. They could be improved, but at least there is nothing really wrong with them, so you are on the right way.
