1. Dead lift...
The Bar
4 sets of 10 reps..

2. Bench Press
the bar, then add 45lbs each side
4 sets of 10 each stage. total of 8 sets

3. Sit ups
whatever i can stand

4. Cardio
before I begin weight training and after.

This will be tonights routine, tommorrow I will do the other two major compound movements, with basic same protocol.

Honestly, your workout routine doesn't make very much sense. It kind of seems like you just picked 3 random exercises.

I would do a split routine where you break up your body into 2-4 days. One of the most basic splits is push/pull/legs. Very simple and very effective.

You also want to be doing cardio AFTER your workout, not before. After your workout, your muscle glycogen levels will be depleted and your body will be more inclined to use body fat as a fuel source to fuel the cardio session.

Send me a PM if you want help developing a training program. I honestly would start again from scratch.

Why not just go with the classic 5x5 workout. A and B workouts...http://stronglifts.com/5x5/

It might be broscience syndrom...I just don't know really bro...My thinking was if i do the 4 basic compound movements, I would be hitting every muscle known to mankind....Also, i was under the impression that it also worked the stabilizers, which should help atletes and fighters....Again, just something I researched years ago....BroScience at its best!

I would either do the 5X5 program I linked above or work with Muskate on a personal plan. He gave me a great plan for my specific goals. I also have a good friend that uses him as a trainer.
