Just wanted to log my first DNP cycle. Been lifting for over 10 years, recovering from knee injury and gained a few pounds in the last year.
I used to hover around 8%-10% year round. Not doing a cycle now, only test boosters "DAA & Tongkat"
lifting 4/week and cardio 2-3 times/week
Stats:
198lbs GOAL= 185LBS
14.5% BF (caliper) GOAL= 8-9%
Doing a 2 week cycle, powder form, not crystal
Took my first 200MG dose today at 10am, did heavy legs an hour later and sweated my ass off, felt a little hot and slight headache.
Took 200mg at 6pm and feeling a bit warm.
Taking NAC, ALA, Ubiquinol, Vit C-D-E, Zinc picolinate, Magnesium, Fish oil, hemp oil, ECCG and ECA stack.
Any experienced used please share your advise..
