Need help - 1st LGD cycle

Just received my first 3 bottles of lgd and looking for some advice with regards to how to cycle it.

Was planning on running it for 8 weeks at 10mg/day - wanting to add size. Is this too much?

Also, what should my PCT be composed of and do I need to be taking anything in my 8 week on cycle with it?

Would really appreciate an overview of everything I should know in language a newbie can understand

10mg/day is a good dosage for a man for LGD. Because you have 3 vials and each vial lasts 30 days at a dosage of 10mg/day, I would use all 3 vials and run the LGD at 10mg/day for 12 weeks. LGD is minimally suppressive of natural testosterone production so you need to run a bottle of a good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com as a mini PCT after your cycle. 5 capsules/day for 30 days.

No support supplements are needed on cycle as SARMS do not aromatize into estrogen. This makes side effects like gyno and water retention impossible.

Cheers for that - I've just read conflicting reports about the need for a PCT. some recommend a full pct while others suggest a mini. Are you able to explain the need just for the test booster in more detail? Just trying to educate myself fully.

@muskate got you well covered there - 10 mgs per day is a good dosage for LGD. You see, usually with the real LGD the suppression is minimal. It is the most suppressive of all SARMS, but yet it is minimally suppressive - roghly 10% of the suppression you would normally get with steroids. Therefore, you should be fine with HCGenerate ES, since it is quite a powerful natty test booster.

The problem is that:

A. Many people get fake LGD, which is in reality a prohormone, and these will definitely cause considerably more suppression than the real SARMS and LGD.

B. HCGenerate ES is no ordinary natty test booster, so it should not be used in comparison with other products.

At most, you could run a mini-PCT, but definitely not a complete PCT you would run after using steroids.

Here is an example of a 4 week mini-PCT -
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

This will be a nice simple effective cycle for you. Just run it like this:

Weeks 1-12
LGD 10mg per day

PCT - a bottle of HCGenerate ES at 5 caps per day (will last for 4 weeks)
