Hello all. I'm 34 years old, 6' and 275lbs. My diet is on point and has been for 8 weeks now with good results. I'm guessing to be around 20% bfp.
I ended my second cycle of D-bol seven weeks ago. My question to all of you experts is, do I go another round of the same or do any of you recommend switching it up? My goal is to get my bfp down to as low of a manageable number as possible and build from there. Any suggestions?

I recommend switching up to a recomp cycle since your BF percentage is so high. Any other cycle of Dbol will be counter productive to your goal of reducing your BF %. I recommend a Test and Tren or Test and EQ cycle. Test used as a base and the tren or EQ IMO are the best recomp compounds.
 
bro you did dbol at 20% bodyfat....how much fat did you gain on cycle???
I was 264 at the beginning of the first chcle and today after being off the second cycle for 7 weeks I am 287. Obviously a bit of fat gained which is why I'm coming to you for advice. My source "seemed" very well informed and I had done enough research to know that it would bulk me up. Yeah, I made a mistake

Running a steroid cycle at 20% body fat is not a good idea. It is going to put a lot of unnecessary stress on your body. Especially your kidneys and heart. Not only that, it's going to be counter productive. The higher your body fat percentage, the more testosterone will aromatize into estrogen.

I would hold off on doing a cycle until you get your body fat down to 10-12% body fat. Steroids DO NOT burn body fat. They increase protein synthesis and prevent muscle catabolism. SARMS Would be a much better option all around. They will directly increase fat loss, endurance and recover - which no stress on your organs.

Look into the SARMS triple stack: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

SARMS are minimally suppressive, there is no risk of aromatization (therefore no estrogen related side effects) and legal to use. You can get everything you need off sarms1.com, n2bm.com and ag-guys.com
 
Also don't take dbol if you're trying to lose fat. In a perfect world, you would diet down to 12% bf and then bulk from there, but it seems like you have your heart set. If you can get legit turinabol (tbol) get that instead. It won't blow you up with water like dbol will, and so you will look leaner and you shouldn't cramp as much when you do your cardio.

I do not have my heart set on any one thing. The opposite actually! I am here on this forum with a very open mind and I welcome any and all advice. None of you have to take the time to read my post or respond to it so for those of you that do, I thank you and I will certainly take your advice and use it to assist me in my journey.

Quick question - did you do a PCT after your dbol cycle?
 
I would not do those recomp cycles recommended earlier. Especially tren. Tren is extremely harsh on your organs and at 20% body fat your heart will not like that. You are so close to a good body fat that it would honestly only take 8-12 weeks to get to where you want to be. I would get to 15% or below before running a cycle. I would recommend more dry compounds and stay away from things like deca and dbol unless you get pretty lean.

This is quite a high BF% for AAS use, so I would rather get conditioned first, and then go back to steroids. With this high BF% you will get less results, and will have more chances of getting more prominent side effects. Therefore, better stick to something like SARMS - they are much safer, and they will definitely help you a lot to get a good recomp, hence conditioning you for AAS use.
