I would like to improve my endurance and build lean muscle mass. How much equipoise would you recommend that I run going forward? Do you think 600 mg a week is too much? I'm 5'10", 185 lb, about 12% body fat, and 30 years old.
I was thinking about possibly switching to a five-day split where I do upper/lower for four days and then the fifth day would be core training. I would decrease calories down to 2750.
