Using EQ properly for maximum energy?

I would like to improve my endurance and build lean muscle mass. How much equipoise would you recommend that I run going forward? Do you think 600 mg a week is too much? I'm 5'10", 185 lb, about 12% body fat, and 30 years old.
I was thinking about possibly switching to a five-day split where I do upper/lower for four days and then the fifth day would be core training. I would decrease calories down to 2750.
 
Have you ever run a cycle before ?

300-400 is plenty enough no reason or need to go 600 out the gate be careful with E2 getting crushed with eq because you will have zero engery or a good time if u tank E2

use 2:1 test to Eq and dont go over 300 test.

Equipoise is a tremendous steroid. One of the things I love about it is how versatile it is.

If you are looking more for pure endurance I would look at tbol bro.

But here is a Cycle I would suggest if endurance was my main objective.

500test
200eq
20-40 tbol daily.

(Putting you just under or just over a gram in total so you have room to increase if you want to)


If the bank allows funding wise these peptides as well

Ss31 2mg daily
Hgh 3.33iu-6iu daily
Bpc
Tb
Oral MB 10mg daily
Oral Slu 10mg 3x daily

That would be a sick endurance focused stack

Equipoise is one of the best. You can run anywhere from 300 to 600 mg. Even you see pros running more but for you I don't think you need even close to that.

Bros, equipoise is one of my favorite steroids for sure. I like 400mg. and i like to use anavar with it

If you want maximum energy, then I would stack some GW with the EQ. They work really good together. Also take a look at some of the peptides like semax

Equipoise has a lot of benefits, it's not just energy, it also helps you get lean muscle mass. I would think a dosage of 250-500 mg a week is plenty. 600 mg is too much, especially with your stats.
 
I think the endurance from eq is way over played. Not as good as you think it would be
