Ostarine for keeping muscle

Hey guys,

I recently got an injury doing hammer curls. Almost feels like I have tennis elbow. I've been working out through it a bit but I can't go too heavy so I know I need to take time off from gym and let it heal. Probs 3-4 weeks. My question is.. will ostarine help me hold onto all my muscle along with proper diet while I'm out of the gym?

I'm scared to miss time from gym but I know it's best.

Ostarine was developed to prevent muscle wasting in people with diseases like HIV and cancer. It will go a very long way in preventing muscle loss when taking time off from the gym due to injury. I would supplement with 25mg/day

You can read up on ostarine more here -> http://www.evolutionary.org/mk-2866-ostarine-sarms-exposed

It really isn't as easy to loose muscle as people make it out to be. If you follow a high protein diet and supplement with ostarine during your time off from the gym, you won't loose any muscle.

Supplement companies try to scare people about loosing muscle so they buy amino acid supplements. Loosing muscle really isn't that easy. If you supplement with ostarine and follow a high protein diet, you won't loose any muscle. The time off from the gym will only do you good!

Not only will Ostarine help you with keeping the muscle mass, but it will be extremely beneficial for your joint/bone health, and it will contribute enormously to your healing processes. It was specifically developed for the treatment of osteoporosis, among other things, and in many studies it has shown quite incredible results. I am still impressed by one study, where mice with broken bones recovered twice as fast when supplemented with ostarine. Therefore, use it, and you will get to kill two birds with one stone. Also, a very good addition would be N2Joint RX - it is one great supplement for the joints, and it will help you get recovered much faster.

It will definitely help you to retain to your muscle and you should also heal much faster while on it

it sounds to me like you strained your elbow

i doubt it is a severe strain just from that. but in the future you need to do a better job of warming up and using proper form to prevent that sort of thing

you can expect some inflammation in that elbow as it is trying to heal.. DO NOT listen to anyone who tells you to take anti-inflammatories. you are an athlete here, so you need that thing to heal properly without interference

i would grab n2jointrx and ostarine. you should still workout!! .. just do not do anything that puts pressure on that elbow..

Thanks for the replies fellas.

I have Ostarine on hand that I was saving for a future bridging cycle. But I will give it a go now since it appears to have some incredible benefits. I will just build some legs up in meantime while that arm is healing!

Thanks

Great idea man. Let that injury heal and take it slow and light when you start working it again. Ostarine is a great choice for keeping muscle and healing joint issues.
