I'm taking zinc for testosterone boosting, 15 mg a day but I'm experiencing nauseas and upset stomach, are those common side effects of zinc or am I taking too much? can those side effects lead to other diseases?

The Institute of Medicine has established the Adequate Intake (AI) levels of zinc to be boys 11mg/day for men/boys age 14 and older and 11 mg/day for women 19 and older.

There is actually no RDA for zinc. The tolerable upper limit for zinc intake is 40mg/day for both adult females and males. The tolerable upper limit is the lowest dosage established in literature that showed side effects in people. In other words, that was the lowest dosage that started to show side effects.

Your dosage isn't that high. I highly doubt that the zinc is causing the problem. It is probably a different ingredient or an artificial flavour/color in your testosterone booster that is causing the problem. A lot of flavoured testosterone boosters are full of artificial flavours/colors which can cause stomach upset and nausea in a lot of people. It's actually a very common side effect.

I would switch to a different natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com.

too much minerals is not good and this case overdosing on zinc is not going to magically boost your test levels. . it is amazing the bs that is parroted on forums for people to believe this. if that was true then nobody would use steroids, we would all just be taking zinc and life would be simple

if you want a proper natural test booster, simply buy hcgenerate.

I doubt that it is zinc itself the one causing these problems - most probably this is some additive in the particular product that you are using, so I would consider switching it, and seeing by yourself if things will change, of which I am sure. Also, I would like to add that although zinc is beneficial for natural testosterone production, on its own it won't do much, so it is best to take is as part of a supplemental stack, such as the above mentioned HCGenerate ES (btw - it works like a charm).

I am more than certain it might be your mind thinking that this supplement causes it. Because it shouldnt.
