Hey, 35 is not old!!! 90 is old. I'm 40 and I am just getting warmed up.

Ya your arms are huge bro. Gotta catch them shoulders up. Do over head press and standing reverse fly's and ur shoulder will blow up quick

3 tears and surgery from a bit ago, dr says no more over head pressing. So I do the best I can.
 
Have u tried standing reverse fly's? Start low weight and build that area up.

I feel your pain. I have a torn labrum in my throwing shoulder. But I do overhead anyway cause it pumps me up I just ice afterwards

Shit guys , I'm starting to get pain in the shoulder just above the top of the Bicep . It was hard to do heavier pull downs and curls . I take it as my body telling me to chill a bit , but it sucks cause my strength has gone up to the point that I'm running out of weight . I've been injury free for a while now and want to stay that way .

I ignored the pain in my elbow because I was reaching a few PR's. I am now on third week off 😢

Ya back it down. That's your bicep tendon where it attaches to the shoulder joint. Back ur weights down a little for a week and do more reps. Rehab it a little. Then go back hard.

Hey Bro, you've got to give the Joints, and the smaller Muscle's a break.
It sounds like you Strained the Lateral or Middle Delt, where it Connects with the Acromion Process.....................................JP
P.S.
I know the Pain you're Describing, because I have a Bone Spur on the Acromion Process.
The Lateral or Acromial Fibers connect to the Surface of the Acromion Process, which is Beneath the Muscle Fibers, and can Hurt like Hell.
P.S.S.
There's a Good Stretch Routine for that Problem.
Youtube - Rick Kaselj - fix my shoulder Pain - I do them, they work well.
 
Thanks Brothers , I will check that vid out , I've kinda gave the weights a lil rest this week since the kids are back to school so I've been hitting the trails on the bike . Man I got some veins on my legs and calves that I never seen before ! Lol

I'm 240 give or take a pound depending on water and food, morning or evening.

6'5" so it still sits skinny on me.
 
Damn...your a tall mofo. Curious.....how many calories for you to maintain.

I don't lose mass at 3100 calories. Most calculation methods I've tried along with online calculators always put me at 3600-4000 maintenance calories but I've found that is a big surplus for me and I start gaining steadily at that point.
 
lol I never even think about jaw symmetry but just hearing me say it makes me laugh. We saw the Bigfoot Velasquez fight again the other day - now that man (Bigfoot) has a freakin jaw!

helluva job. that's what a great diet and commitment will do.

Thanks Steve my diet has been shitty but calories have been low consistently. I could look better in the adominal region as far as leanness.
