GW: Liquid vs pill form

Hi All

I'm on my 5th SARMs cycle currently, my first using pills; this is week 6 out of 12.
LGD/S4/SR9009/MK-2866/MK-677.
All pills are from SARMS1

Weeks 1 - 5:
normal energy during the day, decent (7-8hrs) rest
3 day full body split
off days: HIIT for 25 - 50 min

Since starting this cycle, my energy in the gym has been low - like I'm running on fumes (during the day energy has been fine - no real lethargy)
I can't get my HR up past the 130's (with intense exercise/HIIT I can usually hit 150 easy)
I threw in a shot of expresso as a PWO, then tried Jym PWO to see if either would help - not really

I usually dose the GW 30-45 min before exercise (2 pills, 20mg)
If I skip the GW, I have more energy and can get my HR up higher (I use both a fitbit wrist HR and a Polar arm band)

Today, I used the liquid GW I had on hand (SARMSX)
1000% difference.
It actually felt like I was taking GW: like having 4 more cylinders + nitrous

I love the pill form for its convenience but the GW seems to be doing the opposite of what I expected
Makes me wonder about the other pills

Anybody have different experiences with liquid vs pills?
Should there be different expectations for the pills? Different dosing?
Any other insight?

this is exactly why i hate social media and fitness gurus, they confuse the shit out of people.

you have everything so mixed up i don't know what to tell you

first off you should NEVER take stimulants before cardio, that is what causes you to lose energy. why would you want to rev up your car engine before taking it on the race track?

2nd off the purpose of GW is exactly what you are describing.. to prevent your heart rate from going up!! lol.. that is a good thing during cardio cause it means you can push harder for longer without hitting your max HR

everything you are describing is literally the opposite of what you think is a good thing. you are actually improving your cardio and don't even realize it.

I don't usually take stimulants PWO, I tried it to see if it would make a difference. Like I said, it was tough to get my HR up and caffeine would help with that. I'm taking about not breaking 100bpm with EMOMs and just under 116 with TABATAs

From what more research I've been able to do, what I'm experiencing with the pills sounds like GW overdose - like its working too well (but still, endurance isn't good)
Scaling back to 10mg/1 pill is what I'll try next

which exactly proves my point

caffeine is a cardio killer because it boosts HR
cardarine is a cardio improver because it lowers HR

it is like putting a V8 engine in a V4

The recommended dosage of cardarine is 10-20mg/day
