for the most accurate growth hormone test simply order the growth hormone serum test and inject HGH.. then go in about 2 hours later to the lab corp and get blood drawn. you will know if it is legit if your GH jumps.

Thanks! That's exactly what I did. I pinned my usual 4iu and draw was about 2 1/2 hours after. Results should be ready in a few days.
 
I received my labs today. I won't bore you with the usual readings. This is what came back to check HGH and a few other readings:

IGF-1: 376
Growth Hormone Serum: 17.7
Estradiol: 21.3
T4: 5.0
T3 Uptake:29
TSH: 4.450

Don't even ask about the test today. VERY low. Glad I'm going back on a cycle.

Could I get some feedback on my latest labs:

Some stats:

53 y/o Male
500 mgs Pharmatest C250 split 1cc Sunday & Wednesday (5 weeks on)
4iu Pharmatropin HGH (ED approx. 8-9 months)
.5 mgs Anastrazole EOD

Last cycle ended end of March of this year
Labs were drawn at Labcorp 2 days after pinning Cyp and approx 2.5 hours after pinning 4iu HGH.

I am from a company in Australia called imedical we provide similar self request pathology services to PMDlabs

If i may pick your brain for a bit. We are trying to educate ourselves as best we can. Re interferences. Understand Tren can falsely elevate e2 levels in stay standard tests and Decca in T results.
From you experience are their other common compounds that do similar falsifications in tests. Just the common/basic ones that most people use etc.

Luckily for us most labs here dont cap results. Some do but we have a workaround.
We do use LCMS but the labs will only do e2 and DHT with it. Then only in batches once a week.

I would be grateful for any additional knowledge.

Your HGH is definitely Legit.

Your Total Test #'s are Low for 500 Mg a week.
Simple Rule of Thumb is 5 Xs the Weekly amount for Total Test.

So I was going to say that your Test is Underdosed.
Until I saw that your RBC are Low, and this is most likely the reason that your Total Test isn't where it should be.

There's a Direct Correlation between Low RBC and Total and Free Test.
So you need to address your Low RBC.
Try taking a Sublingual Vitamin B-12 every day............................ JP
P.S.
Do Not Donate Blood, until the RBC are back in the Normal Range.

Thanks JP! To be fair, my test levels were so damn low at the start of the cycle. Labs had total test at "87.2". My friend were asking if I had a vagina and starting watching Lifetime movies. My RBC was at 4.20

Yeah, you definitely need to address the Low RBC.
Besides taking a Sublingual Vitamin B-12.
You should see an Endocrinologist to find out why your RBC are consistently low.......................... JP
P.S.
I take Sublingual Methylcobalamin 5,000 Mcg every day.
I use Solaray.

Low RBC can cause Tiredness/Headache/Shortness of Breath/Fast Heart Rate/Dizziness.
 
Low RBC (anemia) is not the same as low test, where Lifetime Movies might kick in. Definitely have it treated medically, rather than w/ broscience online. General info on websites is fine, but use it as a talking point w/ your doc. It is your blood at stake, not any old person's, so the most accurate testing on it is indicated.

it is the new year and EVERYONE needs to be getting blood work. not just hormonal blood work but also STD testing should be done at minimum 1-2X per year

New member, long time reader, first post. I recently received my blood test results back from Private Labs. Was wondering if anyone could educate me on these findings. My plan is to do my 1st SARM cycle with LGD-4033 and S4. I'm currently 37, will turn 38 this February. I'm 5'10", weight 160lbs. I've been working out since my early 20's and I'm looking to gain an edge in my workouts and my current physique. My body type is a slender build. If anybody could supply me with an email, I could send you my blood test results so that you could kindly go over them with me when you find the time. It would greatly appreciated. Thank You.

You could post the results on here (black out your personal info) people are really helpful on this forum they can teach you all you need to know. Also this helps everyone learn.

I'm currently 37, going on 38 this February. I'm 5'10", 160lbs. I've been going to the gym since my late 20's and I plan on starting a SARM cycle of LGD-4033 and S4.

look at his stats bro

that is where healthy male his age should be all things being equal. to us he is 'skinny'.. you should not be carrying a shitload of muscle like a meathead and stressing out your body everyday exercising. over exercise isn't healthy either and neither are the 'bodybuilder' diets that get parroted. too much stress on the body. it all makes a difference.
 
Thank you for the input guys. It is most appreciated. I will admit that I could use another good 20-30lbs or muscle, but I'm gonna approach this as conservative as possible as I am not in a rush. I'm not looking to get huge, but I do want to get more in shape or have more of a shape. I already have broad shoulders and could use some advantages concerning my calfs and forearms and also around the abdomen area. It would be nice to turn my 4-pack into a 6-pack. Again, thank you for the input guys. It is most appreciated.
 
^^^ your LH and FSH are a little on the lean side..

but you are in your mid 40's so your numbers are good overall.

i'm not worried about your estrogen. there are a lot of factors which affect that and it can fluctuate day by day.

This is my 1st post on the forum. I really appreciate all the great info I've learned by hanging around. But more importantly, I really appreciate you taking the time to decipher my lab results. I plan on starting a SARMS cycle in a few days, but considering I'm extremely cautious, and this will be my 1st time using PEDs, I'm kinda nervous. I'm hoping these results show that I'm in a good "spot" to start using SARMS to help alleviate some of my apprehension.

I'm 41, 6'1'', 207, about 15% bodyfat, and I'm going on week 9 of a 20-week cut for a physique show.

I'll be honest and admit I don't know a damn thing about any of these results except for test, and I was shocked mine is over 700. Therefore, any and all input is greatly appreciated.

I do have some questions specific to my proposed SARMS cycle, but I'll start another thread for that.

I don't know much about deciphering lab test results so I'm hoping someone can chime in to let me know whether or not I'm good-to-go regarding starting a SARMS cycle. As previously mentioned, I'm 41, 6'1'', 207, about 15% bodyfat, and I'm going on week 9 of a 20-week cut for a physique show so I have 12 weeks left to prep. This will be my 1st experience w/PEDs..

My cycle will consist of GW, SR, S4, and MK.

your LH #'s were pretty weak before.. i would say your numbers are pretty normal then. LGD is mildly suppressive

there really isn't anything to worry about.

Goodness, I understand now. I had things all backwards. I will refrain from naming the company, as this was not for my per se. I will however assume that it was legit considering the supression @ only 5mg for 42 days.

About how I feel:
1) I honestly don't recall feeling this good for over 20 years, maybe more. I feel as though I'm picking up my first pay-check as a teenager, bubble guts, adrenaline pumping, possibilities, etc.
2) My workouts are dangerously easy. I must control myself, for if I do not I will rep until I blow out joints. That is no understatement.
3) I am happy, like right now I have this red faced inner giggle just constantly brewing as if I'd just eaten a magic mushroom. Please note that I've suffered from great depression most all of my life.
4) I've turned a great deal of fat into muscle, and have the DEXA to boast it. My transformation is occurring as rapidly as I assumed it would.

Overall I feel like I can lift my ***king house up in the air right now with an accompanying battle cry. My only worry now is the day I must stop the LGD. What will I do without my newfound ... boost?

that just isn't true

as weight lifters we run hot with BUN and creatinine because we are constantly breaking down and rebuilding muscle daily.

it is NORMAL to have them high as gym rats. these ranges are designed for couch potatoes and doctors are too dumb to know this most of the time.

I did but was unable to decipher it properly, as I'm not a gym rat nor couch potato. At the time of the blood test in question the only thing in my system was sarms1 you recommended.

It is normal for the high creatinine, but his eGFR is low, which means his filtration rate is slow. Not good, maybe dangerous was the wrong word, but something to stay on top of. I would say it is definitely not optimal.

Anytime. I know this because when my kidney function dropped to 81 my Dr FREAKED out and sent me to a specialist. An eGFR from 60-89 - according to Health Canada, is “consistent with mildly decreased kidney function”. Advil is also insanely hard on the kidneys. All NSAID drugs are.

i had one doctor tell me "supplements are bad, they hurt your kidney's" her son took creatine lol

you cannot argue with doctors on this stuff, they know EVERYTHING

Dude I would not throw out the Drs advice, they are not uneducated. The fact of the matter is that if one takes good care of their health they can maintain/restore some of those numbers into the optimal range. I hate to say it but as an athlete, you should have excellent kidney function. If you dr is telling you that you have kidney disease, you should take that seriously. We all watch our liver values, cholesterol, why? Because these things can be the end of us. Many bodybuilders ignore kidney health until it is too late.

Question, so why the female hormone test and not the Male test? Estrogen levels? Sorry I'm new to the scene lol. Also, is this the test in question?

Female Hormone Testing Panel contains the following tests:

Estradiol, Serum Luteinizing Hormone (LH)
Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH) Testosterone, Serum (Total Only)
Complete Blood Count (CBC) Comprehensive Metabolic Profile

you can get the male test but it is more expensive. the female hormone panel has most everything you need.. it won't include cholesterol, that you can get by adding .. same with prolactin
